The air conditioning system does not work well throughout the hotel. The bathroom is very small. The breakfasts are monotonous. The towels are tired.

Big and clean room with new furniture. Nice bathroom. AC worked really well.
The gym is small but everything for a full body workout is available.
The massage was great as well. Bit pricey, but worth it.
Location is very nice, no loud music at night, but close enough to bars/restaurants/clubs and historical sites. So perfect location for every purpose.

We liked the hotel. The location is excellent and close to the beach (there is a private area. 2-3 minutes walk) and to the center (15-20 minutes walk to the castle). We only had breakfast included, it was a la carte, the guys brought a menu and you chose what you wanted. Breakfasts are quite tasty and filling. There is also an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds.
The only downside, but it does not depend on the hotel, there is an establishment nearby (karaoke) and it is loud until 12-1 at night, but this is the case in Marmaris everywhere where there are tourist places. In principle, this moment did not bother us much.
The room is clean and tidy, there is everything you need. In the hotel itself, the lobby smells deliciously of incense) Oh, there is also a sauna and a swimming pool on the ground floor, for those who are interested.

The thing is, I took my family on a self-driving trip from Butterfly Valley to the next stop, Kas, and accidentally lost my bag in Butterfly Valley, which contained all my passports, bank cards, car rental vouchers, and more than 1,000 euros in cash. When I arrived at the next stop, two hours had passed since the bag was lost. I went to the local police station very anxiously. After several hours of searching, the police finally told me that someone picked up the bag and sent it back to the hotel. Later, the hotel told me that it was two young locals who returned my bag without leaving any other information, and my heart was finally put down. How lucky. The hotel staff was also very good. The meal was so satisfying, so I decided to stay one more night. This decision saved me. They found the hotel I was staying in based on the room card in the bag. They were so nice.
