We stayed here for 3 nights mid Nov to compare it to the sister hotel Grand Yazici Marmaris Palace that we stayed at in September. I e-mailed to ask for a room in the main hotel near to amenities and was humbled to receive an upgrade and fruit and wine on arrival! The room was a family room. The bathroom was very modern and large. Although I will say the rooms were dirty compared to the Marmaris Palace. The reception staff did not give us any information on arrival so we had to find our own way around. The Marmaris Palace gave us a map. The staff were OK but spent of the time on their phones and were not as welcoming or nice as the sister hotel. It might be because it's the end of the season though, I know they work hard throughout the summer? The food is the same as the Marmaris Palace. No complaints, plenty of options. The main pool area didn't look like it could fit that many people and I bet it's carnage in summer. It was clean though and it's not hilly like Marmaris Palace. Kids area is bigger than the Marmaris Palace with a small football pitch. There's a model donkey from Shrek that's eyes have been painted on and it's a bit off putting lol Beach area - you can access the sea straight from the beach which is great for small kids. Better than having to use the steps at the Marmaris Palace. The jetty area was very nice with a good size bar and lots of seating areas. Plenty of bars and coffee bars around but the main coffee area smelt really really really bad of cat pee you couldn't sit there to have your coffee. Cats - loads of then, even in the main dining room climbing on the chairs next to you while you eat. It's out of season and they were probably hungry this may not be a problem in main season. Overall it is a lovely hotel with great amenities but for an extra £1000 for a family of four, I do not think it's worth it. The staff and atmosphere at the Marmaris Palace was a lot warmer and personal.

Güzel bir otel ama iyileştirmeler gerekli.
30 Nisan- 6 Mayıs arası 6 gece kaldık. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık fakat birkaç konuda kesinlikle iyileştirme olması gerekiyor:
1- Odamız termal havuzun oldugu binadaydı, klima kesinlikle sogutmadı sıcak hava veriyordu, resepsiyona bildirdigimizde ilgilenildi fakat cozum olmadı, tavandaki pervane ile idare ettik. Hava 23 derece oldugu için cok sorun yasamadık ama ogleden sonra odada duramadık. Yazın bu odaların kullanılabilecegini sanmıyorum.
2- Yeterince servis görevlisi yoktu. Akşamları yemekte çoğunlukla içeceklerimizi kendimiz gidip aldık. 3- Döneceğimiz sabah 11:00'de çıkış yaparken aracımızı otelin dışındaki otoparktan getirilmesini istedigimizde tek bir vale bile bulunmuyordu otelde, resepsiyon beklememizi istedi valeler gelene kadar. Eşim otoparka aracımızı kendi alıp bavulları yuklemek getirmek için gittiginde otoparkta birkaç valenin muhabbet ettiklerini gordugunu soyledi, hoş bir ayrılış olmadı otelden. Eşim aracı getirdiğinde ilk vale otele geldi, o kadar süre beklemiş olacaktık daha arabanın anahtarını almalarını
4- Akşam ve gün içi programın ne oldugunu resepsiyona sormak dışında öğrenmek mumkun degil, hicbir yerde yayınlanmıyor, daha once hic karsılasmadıgımız bir durum.
5-Ultra hersey dahil bir otel için yemek saatlerinin daha kapsayıcı olmasını beklerdik. Ogle yemegi 14:00'de bitiyor, sonraki yemek 16:00'da ve kısıtlı bir menuden secilecek yemekler sadece, sonrasında Akşam yemegine kadar otelde dondurma dışında birşey yemeniz mumkun degil.

Garson kızlarımız Gizem, Hande ve İlayda ve diğer tüm personeliniz çok candan ve içten ***et profesyonel bir şekilde işlerine dört elle sarılıyor ve yapıyorlar. Resepsiyon dan misafir ilişkileri ne kadar, HK dan, mutfak, F&B , animasyon ve alâ carte servisine kadar bence başarılı. Kasım ayında bu hizmet harikasınız. Seneye Temmuz Ağustos da kesinlikle ailem orada olacaktır. Grand yazıcı otel yönetimine ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bu sizin başarınız.

Loved this hotel it’s perfectly situated the food is great the bars and drinks offering a good entertainment was slower as went in October so end of season the beach area great swam everyday in the sea and the pools . The Chinese was let down by the food quality is my only gripe but the Italian is lovely

Гостеприимный Турецкий отель Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal понравился большой красивой и ухоженной территорией. Здесь придётся много ходить. Есть много красивых мест, где можно прекрасно отдохнуть, расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом! Прогуливаясь, можно любоваться высокими, пышными соснами, разноцветной вербеной на клумбах, лианами и фонтанами. Отдыхали с мужем в октябре. Погода замечательная, море комфортное, слегка прохладное. Практически не мазались кремами. Каменистый пляж с удобным входом, нежными восходами и проплывающими яхтами приятно радует взгляд. Также есть пирс со спуском с двух сторон – на глубину и помельче. Превосходный сервис и очень вкусная кухня. Есть целый кофейный дом с ароматным кофе на любой вкус. Понравился итальянский ресторан с уютными столиками под красными зонтиками и потрясающей вкусной кухней! Божественные антрекоты и манящие фетучини в сырной головке с пылу с жару! В изобилии вкусное местное вино и коктейли. Приятно удивил фудкорт своими разнообразными турецкими лепёшками и ароматной хрустящей фри. Приветливый персонал. Работа ресепшена безукоризненна, всегда готовы помочь и разъяснить что и как. Убираются неплохо, но не идеально. Душевые кабины старенькие. В целом очень довольны отдыхом!
