This hotel is simply amazing! We had the most relaxed vacation in years. Everything was taken care of, the food was fresh, skillfully prepared and constantly rotated, such that even after a full week we could discover new dishes! Service is amazing and staff is very attentive (we got asked 3 times by the manager how we enjoy our stay). Location is great and the private beach is awesome. We booked a bed on the jetty, which was the best choice.
The a‘la carte restaurant is amazing, too!
The only room for improvement that we saw was the coffee (the fancy machine behind the bar was not being used properly) and the cocktails (cheaper local brands were used, international brands cost extra).
All in all we would definitely come back. We loved this place. And we usually don’t like all inclusive, so that says a lot!

Just back from 2 weeks in the Grand Azur. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is very good. There is a real chilled out vibe to the Hotel which is great for us “fly and floppers!” Entertainment at night is varied and mostly chilled out so it is fine in the background. Even though we were late risers in the morning (more about that later) there always seemed to be a few sunbeds. This is quite rare at other hotels we have stayed at. Good on the hotel for the 9am reserving policy and also plentiful beds due to the beach and grassy areas. I may say the drinks were a bit limited and no option for diet Fanta etc. Vodka and Gin also no way 37.5% the Vodka / Gin must be watered down in some way. I would say 20% ABV max. Bar staff bizarrely didn’t seem to appreciate a tip, Serkan? Just put them in his own pocket, so I stopped doing it and left it for the cleaners instead. I would give this hotel a 5* review but more needs to be made about the Call to Prayer EVERY MORNING. Yes, I understand we are in a foreign country etc, but when you pay this amount of money for 14 nights and get woken up at 5AM EVERY MORNING then it should be pointed out at the time of booking. Fair play to the maids for letting us lie in and also being able to get a sunbed. All in all a great hotel and credit to the staff who run and clean it but we won’t be back.

Yemek temizlik herşey çok güzel . Ama asla inisiyatif almayan bir otel. Sezon dışında gitmemize rağmen upgrade yapmıyor . Manzaralı odalar boş duruyor üzerine para istiyor.musteriyo memnun edip tekrar gelmesini sağlamak yerine kaçırıyor. Gittiğim dönemde bisiklet yarışı nedeniyle ilçeye giriş çıkış yasaktı. Bu nedenle geç çıkış yapmak istedim bebeğim olmasına rağmen bunu da kabul etmediler. Zaten yollar kapalıydı gelen de olmayacaktı biz de saatlerce lobide bebeğimle yolların acilmasini beklemek zorunda kaldık . Bir daha bu grubun otellerini tercih etmem

On our last day here, 3rd visit and we will be booking for next year! We can not fault this hotel. The staff will go above and beyond. They are all helpful and work so hard. We love Sarey who does the desserts! Always so happy and helpful and gives good recommendations. Baris on the bar, he makes the best cocktails! The food is so good! You will be spoilt for choice, even the fussiest people will find something they like. I recommend going to the Lavente Restaurant. You get one free booking during your stay. The views from there are stunning and food was amazing. We had family photos taken this year. The photographer was as great. Good prices! Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms have everything you need. We have never paid extra for a sea view. We just take a chance. This year we were facing the other hotels pool but the way I see it is you are not in your room much! Even on your last day, check out is 12pm but you can use the hotels facilities then have a shower at the spa. If you want a good holiday you will not regret booking here!

What an amazing week we have just had. We visited as family of 12 and we all really enjoyed our week and couldn’t fault a thing. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and then had our luggage taken to our rooms. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned throughly and had fresh water added every day. The food was amazing in both the snack bar and restaurant, plenty to choose from each day . The levante restaurant is definitely worth the visit it has the most beautiful views. We went on a boat trip and had 3 of our party come out in a reaction, on arrival back to the hotel I can’t remember the lovely lady name but she was straight on to helping us by taking us to see the nurse in the hotel, and got a dr out to us , who arrived very quickly. The added touch was the lovely lady came to find us the next day around the pool to check how everyone was doing. Advice do not go onto the rocks when going on boat trips! There’s plenty to do outside of the hotel lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is lovely with the added touch of the bar for your all inclusive drinks. I just want to mention Batuhan who made the holiday extra special for us, he went above and beyond to make all the entertainment and activities so much fun, our group joined in with everything and had such a laugh , darts was their favourite, Batuchan is a real credit to the hotel. We can’t wait to book to come back again.
