Cettia Beach Resort

This hotel was amazing! This was our 1st All Inclusive holiday, so we didn't know what to expect but it didn't disappoint. The restaurant wasn't the largest and in the evening, it wasn't always turned over as quickly as you'd hope so if you weren't there when it opened you often had to sit at someone elses dirty table hoping to catch someones attention to clear glasses away, collect cutlery etc. The food was rotated probably every 6 or 7 days, so if you were there for 2 weeks it might become repetitive. The location is FABULOUS! The jetty is for use of the hotel only! It is a great suntrap, with steps directly into the sea for cooling off. The entertainment manager, Bruno was fantastic - always making sure to involve and offer everyone to take part in the daily activities. The only real negative were our neighbouring guests who were a young group of girls and extremely loud most evenings (often being told to shut up by other guests). It did ruin sleep, but not the fault of the hotel.

Great location with some nice rooms others in need of updating ours was looking tired especially the bathroom but with lovely side sea views. Great entertainment Bruno was simply five star. Food good but be wary of ordering non inclusive drinks. There were no price list displayed or drink menus available on the bar. We ordered some baileys that was not part of the all inclusive and not given a receipt. We were made to pay at the end of the evening and got charged 18 euros for one Baileys per person this was actually double the price on the menu and was served in cocktail glasses filled with ice ??? After complaining and speaking to our Jet 2 rep who was very helpful, we got refunded 30% of our 300 euros bill. Overall it was a great break, speaking to other guests, i think the hotel standard has fallen over the past few years. Would stay again if standards in certain areas were improved.

The overall experience was not bad really! However, is going into details: - majority of staff members were fantastic and helpful. However, the nail technician was extremely upset, when I had to cancel my mums appointment for the nails. Although, I did cancel it in advance,so someone else can book the time slot, for the rest of the holidays she was looking at us really upset and angry when we were passing by the salon.. so that perhaps is lack of professionalism. The main resson of why I canceled it as I had my nails done there and it was ++painful. This lady did well her job but without any compassion.. and I felt pain around my cuticles for a few days after. Not pleasant experience..would not recommend + +++expensive (although it was stated on the leadflet that it will cost 20£ however I end up paying 45£). - the food: was great choice for lunch and dinner, and snacks bar was nice..however, for breakfast the selectiom was really small and literally nothing was tasty. Even in fried egg you can find egg shells. - location: amazing! Really loved it. The view is perfect. The hotel is located closeby Marmaris city center - entertainer Bruno - is funny, cheerful and really nice person!!! Loved it !! - the rooms: very small..(we booked room with balcony). Old fashioned. Needs renovatiom badly. Beds - were small. The linnen provided - poor quality.. did not like it all. Our room was on the busy road side - so we could constantly hear cars passing by at all times even with the closed balcony door. Perhaps due to poor voice isolation. - in my mums and dads room the AC was not working - it took 2 days for them to fix it ;) - I loved the fact that its adults only hotel. So there was less noise, visitors were friendly, mainly from UK. Very intelligent. Felt great! - I do not know if I would go back there again, but if so, I would probably book lux room with sea view and maybe half board for lunch and dinner ;)) Thank you !!!!

A classy hotel situated on the outskirts of Marmaris. The hotel is on the promenade with Marmaris to the left and Icmeler to the right. It's right on the beach and also has a jetty, for sunbathing all day. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The bedroom was of reasonable size, a bit more shelving was needed and yes, the balcony was small. We had a lovely side sea view on the 6th floor. The food was lovely mostly, including the Tuna Steak and Shepherd's pie. The choice at breakfast was a bit limited, especially if you don't like eggs. We were mostly served by the lovely Emir, he is a real credit to this hotel, nothing is too much trouble and always made us feel special. The bar staff, in particular the brothers made us welcome along with the manager. Bruno the entertainer, certainly made sure to put on a show and the shows were excellent, could be a bit longer on some of them. Overall we really had a great time, spoke with some lovely people and would recommend this hotel and will be back in the future. Well done to all

Lovely experience from start to finish, staff are all friendly & helpful. we had a lovely spa & beautiful photos done. The spa deal £85 is really good value for money. I found the food delicious, meat was cooked well, the grill & pizza counter was great. The waiters & waitresses do such a good job, Relaxing beach with amazing views. Hotel itself is very clean & has beautiful knick knacks dotted about making it cosy & interesting. it’s a perfect size to be small & friendly but you can keep yourself to yourself if you choose. Entertainment was really good Bruno was so funny & works so hard to keep everyone smiling. The room nice size & the bed really comfy. Location was good for us it’s about 50 minute walk into the shops & harbour, nice to get out & walk along the beach path. I was nervous of coming to Marmaris as I heard mixed reviews but I felt safe & relaxed staying here. The only thing I missed is they don’t offer a sparkling wine in the all inclusive which I missed, but all other drinks are nice. we cannot wait to return next year! Hopefully with a Prosecco ☺️ thank you to all the staff for our wonderful holiday 🤍
