Sunrise Hotel

Lovely hotel, it’s so clean, the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you, check in was so quick, taken to our lovely room 315 by the lovely man with our suitcases. Our kettle didn’t work immediately it was changed. Same with our fridge it was sorted out straight away, the air con is good in the room, shower is good plenty of hot water. The breakfast is excellent very fresh and good quality and lots of choice. The staff really do look after you. Had some lovely omelette’s. They even have teapots and everything you need for your breakfast. Sitting outside having breakfast was just lovely looking out at the sea and pool. The pool bar is stocked with everything and the men work so hard and are very friendly. Sunbeds are comfy and clean. The private beach is nice and the lovely man will serve you your drinks on the beach. All the toilets around the hotel are spotless. The cleaner lovely lady who looked after our room made beautiful arrangements with towels and flowers and the room again was spotless. There’s lots of restaurants around shops atm machines, supermarket perfect location and will definitely return. Perfect holiday 😊

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly staff - shout out to Ramazan the porter, such a nice man! Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Pool area clean and welcoming. The hotel does have a lot of space that isn't utilised, I feel they could improve these areas. Our room wasn't very clean when we arrived, the bedside table was covered in a previous guests hair and around the lamp was the same!

Fantastic hotel in beautiful surroundings on the beach. All the staff are kind and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels left.The pool area was immaculate with no sun bed wars.This was our first time at this hotel and definitely won’t be our last! If you want a few days of paradise then book this place- you won’t be disappointed!!!

Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Rooms very comfortable and clean. First class shower. Beach is not sandy so advise swimming shoes. It’s small stones. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free on hotels own part of beach. We went a boat trip with company next to hotel. It lasted an hour and went right round the whole Bay Area. £100. We had a Turkish Bath and Massage in the hotel and, a first for us, fantastic experience and can highly recommend.

The bath and spa is a must!! We stayed at marbella (their sister hotel) and booked a turkish bath and massage from there. Upon arrival ali and his wife made feel so so welcome, we started with a sauna for 15 mins and then went in for our bath. All throughout the bath ali and his wife told us what they were doing aswell as making light conversation. After the bath we had the foam massage and scrub which was absolutely amazing! We then went for a face mask which lasts about 15 minutes. Then we went for our full body massage and oh my god. A very skilled couple who really know how to massage you, front and back. We came out feeling absolutely amazing! We went back to the hotel to get ready for dinner and both fell asleep for the night, that's how amazing and relaxed we felt! I honestly say if you don't book a treatment with them you really are missing out! Thank you to both of them! They also take photos for you to buy but they don't pressure you into it! And please give them a generous tip, they really are amazing wonderful people!

There's good and bad with this hotel so the good! the bar staff are fantastic so helpful and just happy lovely guys couldn't do enough for you and they all had a smile on their face plus they're amazing with the kids they are probably my favourite part of the hotel. The breakfast was good it had lots to choose from and the omelettes were lovely but on day 4 my sister did get food poisoning from the poached eggs also the poached eggs were pink but I think that might be from the Vinegar they put in the water but I'm not sure. When we arrived the rooms were terrible there were sand all over not just on the floor but on the beds the bins hadn't been emptied and the sink, shower and mirrors were filthy plus there was rubbish on the floor so we asked for the cleaners to come in the next day and they did but didn't do anything but fold a sheet into a shape so sand still everywhere! bins full! rubbish on the floor! No toilet roll! no clean towels! So we didnt ask them to come in again our whole holiday we just cleaned ourselves which isnt something i wanted to do on holiday. the safe kept breaking and the man who kept fixing it for us wanted to know what code I was going to use which when he left I changed the code otherwise there's no point having a safe. I think that glass should be banned around the pool people kept smashing glasses and some bits were going into the pool and a couple of children had glass in their feet. Sun beds weren't a problem we didn't save any but when we came down there was no problem getting a few. Great location and if we wanted to get on the bus it was only 50p per person. The beach is literally about 6 steps away from the pool area with free sunbeds. The beds were very comfortable too!!.. But I really have to say again how wonderful the bar staff were they honestly made such a positive experience for our family so thank you so much guys. But unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here at the beginning of September (2024) and we were very pleased with the standards of the hotel. Firstly the staff on reception were polite, friendly and explained everything. Paid £5 for the safe in the room. I would like to praise the hotel porter (name unknown) who was excellent at running around for everyone carrying luggage to rooms and the buses on return. The room we had (324) was very clean,credit to the lady cleaner who came in every day and left different floral designs on the bed and replaced towels. It was spacious with plenty of storage, big bathroom with walk in shower, a kettle with tea & coffee and even a bottle of water in the fridge. We had a side sea view which was nice looking out from the balcony towards the promenade at the back of the hotel which led along the sea front all the way in to Marmaris resort. Out of the front of the hotel was the main road with plenty of shops, a few bars and restaurants (The Greasy Spoon was excellent) We stayed B&B and the dining area had nice views out to the sea, it was really clean and well stocked with most breakfast items. the staff were friendly and worked hard but after the last mouthful of food or drink your plate/cup was whipped away. The pool area was average size with a reasonable sized pool, and not too bad bar area but one thing we noticed was that this area got packed up and cleaned down quite early (5.30pm ish) All in all this is a really nice hotel and deserves the 4 stars rating for location, cleanliness and nice staff, so we would return in the future.

We have stayed in the Sunrise many times and it never fails to amaze us. I could not recommend a better hotel to enjoy a beautiful holiday. Staff are absolutely brilliant and go beyond what you would expect. Spa is first class. To sum up first class.

Beautiful hotel very clean, staff very friendly and would do anything to help you, guy at the bar at night is very friendly and always smiling, would definitely recommend and come back, right on the beach which is private for the hotel guests only, they serve you on the beach so you have no need to move, pool area is nice
