We really enjoyed our stay in Turaco. The staff was super friendly and attentive they couldn’t do enough for us - arranging additional trips and sharing their knowledge. The family room was spacious and clean, the patio and garden wonderful to sit after a long day of Safari in nearby Kruger. Food was great, accommodating our dietary requirements- simply nothing to complain about would love to go back and would highly recommend.

What a fabulous week at Turaco Lodge! The room was perfect for the three of us… exceptionally clean and comfortable. The common space was well appointed and comfortable. Nice to have a pool although we only used it once. Shout out to the chefs for made lovely evening meals for us and to the back of house for keeping our room spotless. We also want to thank Dirk and Dylan for being our safari guides and ensuring we saw the Big Five and then some! Loved seeing honey badger!! We had the pleasure of taking 2 tours with Elise - the Panorama Route and a day trip to Eswatini. Highly recommend both! Elise was so lovely… we thank her for her kindness in stopping at a pharmacy for us. Finally, a huge thanks to Chané and Dylan for making our vacation so memorable. Every detail was taken care of and the only thing we had to worry about is what kind of wine we’d have with dinner! That’s the kind of holiday everyone wants. 😁

I travelled alone to Turaco Lodge, and was looked after extremely well. The lodge, food, staff, safaris and days out in surrounding area were first class . Could not be faulted. I am definitely coming back. It was the best holiday of my life , thank you to everyone

I took my family to a Safari in South. It was an awesome experience. Our hosts Chayney and Dylan were wonderful, and even if we stayed for two nights we felt at home. Dinners were wonderful, and they have a very good chef. The Safari was perfect. Dylan gave us a very early awake, but it was definately worth it

Truly a gem of a place that I'm so happy I booked for my family to stay for a couple days over the holidays. Communication was seamless from time of booking and the team was incredibly helpful in making bookings for our trip which made things run so smoothly. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Due to a rare and minor electricity issue, it affected ac and wifi momentarily but this was rectified quickly. The location is peaceful and being able to see animals close up was such a joy. On top of all this, the chefs made such tasty food so we dined in everyday! The entire family enjoyed the stay and it was definitely a memorable experience. Would completely recommend to anyone

We stayed 4 days at Turako and we were very very satisfied. You have breakfast with the animals that come to wish you good morning. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent value for money, I recommend it to spend a few days in direct contact with nature
