This was our first experience of a safari holiday and also our first time in South Africa we was very excited and couldn’t wait to start the holiday. The holiday turned out to be one of the best holidays we have ever had , thanks to the 5* treatment we received at Turaco Lodge. The lodge owner Marcel and his amazing team, Charnae, Dylan, Dirk, Terry and all the other great members of their team that made us so welcome. The food was excellent , the accommodation was excellent, we woke up to giraffes, impalas, cudus, warthogs plus many more animals (no predators) waiting to greet us outside our bedroom window in the morning, safaris and trips arranged by Turaco Lodge was engaging, informative and great fun we was lucky enough to see the big 5 amongst all the other beautiful animals, even a baby elephants less than a week old. We would definitely recommend Turaco lodge to anyone who would like a 5* holiday of a lifetime

Nous avons vécu un rêve grâce à Marcel et son équipe. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du matin au soir, l’équipe est aux petits soins,les petits dej et les repas sont copieux et exquis!!! Ils s’adaptent à vos goûts et demandes ( végétarien). Le cadre est magique, les animaux viennent vous rendre visite, ( girafes, antilopes, zèbres.. Nous remercions toute l’équipe de sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme. Marcel est un homme extraordinaire, il est proche de ses clients, les considérant comme des membres de sa famille. Il est soucieux de notre confort, il a invité tous les clients au restaurant et pour les carnivores vous êtes au paradis chez Marcel!!! il offre des cotes de bœuf au barbecue de 1 kg par personne, cet homme est exceptionnel. Nous avons eu un guide incroyable, Durk, le meilleur qui transmet toute sa passion pour les animaux, les safaris étaient digne d’un rêve, merci infiniment pour sa générosité et son œil aiguisé!! Nous avons séjourné au Turaco lodge du 30 septembre au 04 octobre 2024. Tout était quasi parfait : -L'accueil, le sourire, l'écoute, la disponibilité, la gentillesse de Chané, Marcel, Dylan, Dirk et toute l'équipe. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. -La localisation du lodge, à proximité du parc Kruger, au sein même du Marloth parc avec ses zèbres, koudous, phacochères, petits singes...qui viennent vous saluer. -La chambre confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. -Les dîners, succulents des entrées aux desserts et variés. Coup de chapeau aux cuisiniers. -Les safaris pilotés par Dirk, sans doute l'un des meilleurs guides du parc. Un passionné qui fera tout pour vous faire découvrir les merveilles du Kruger. Un point qui pourrait être amélioré, parce qu'il en faut un : les paniers pour les petits-déjeuners lors des safaris et les petits-déjeuners au lodge : produits plus diversifiés et de meilleure qualité comme pour les dîners. Lodge situé à l'intérieur de Marloth Park. Marcel et son équipe sont toujours disponibles pour rendre votre séjour mémorable avec leurs attentions personnalisées et leurs conseils. Les safaris dans le parc Kruger sont accompagnés par un guide passionné et extraordinaire. Les repas sont copieux et savoureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et permettent de s'intégrer dans l'ambiance.

We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen bij Turaco Lodge. De kamers waren super en ook het terras en het zwembadje zijn sfeervol aangelegd. Er lopen verschillende dieren langs het terras, wat erg leuk is. 's Avonds hebben we er heerlijk gegeten met een steak gemaakt op de bbq door de eigenaar. Na het eten nog heerlijk rond het kampvuur gekletst met andere gasten. We waren hier helaas maar één nachtje op doorreis naar Kruger National Park.
