We had the privilege of staying in a suite, an upgrade offered by the hotel because we were there for the first time, because they had a suite available and they wanted to offer an upgrade to our reservation. We are currently staying here, and I’m absolutely fuming. Have asked 5 times to resolve the no aircon issue- after they admitted at the reception that the central air was off! Apparently the maintenance man came to the room, nothing resolved. 2700€ for 3 nights in a hotel. Now supposedly resolved tmrw?? After mentioning at 1pm and now it’s 10pm. No offer to change our rooms. No offer for compensation. The nice receptionist has been able to do anything. And now, to top it all all… banging and moving of furniture of the Restaurant below and it’s almost midnight! How are we supposed to accept that we actually paid to stay here!?
