I DON’T RECOMMEND! I suppoused to check in today but because of the weather the flight was canceled. I talk with the hotel stuff and they don’t want to do a refund or change the dates or anything else. They don’t want to negociate even this flight situation didn’t depend on us. So, don’t pay before you arrive there or better, choose another respectable hotel who understand this kind of situations. I was at Alle Torri hotel two times, in 2010 and 2012 and belive me that the same bed sheets, furniture, etc are exactly like 13 years ago.
Response from Property: Good Morning, As already explained you have a not refundable rate reservation done and paid on ***********. We receive payments by *********** with which we have a contract so its not correct what you wrote. You canceled the reservation on the same date of your arrival in a fully booked period. Its normal that cancellation is not free of charge. To avoid flights problems we reccomend to take insurances. Please remove this review. Differently as already explained we have to contact authorities sending them all threats messages you sent to us. Best regards

Dunque sono stato dal 8 … all 11… camera e Prima colazione pagato con bonifico anticipato… camera accogliente pulita ordinata… sabato 9 ho fatto una colazione improbabile con brioches riscaldate un caffe e succo…. Domanica il bar era chiuso e Nn c era assolutamente nessuno… colazione Fatta a Venezia… il lunedì son partito … ore 9 il signore alla reception mi dice che aveva già spento la Macchina del caffe … vabbe … poi mi indica un distributore di caffe a monete … e mi indica l uscita… forse non aveva capito che stavo partendo … comunque seconda colazione fatta a Venezia…. Risultato io personalmente non ci andro piu .. chi me lo aveva consigliato non lo Consigliera più assolutamente…. Alla fine Un servizio cosi pessimo non Ha portato a nulla A Loro e a me fondamentalmente solo disgusto… D.B
