Harika mimari, konfor ve harika misafirperverlik.
Arkadaşlarımızla keyifli bir bayram tatili geçirdik. Tarihi Selçuklu Konağı, gerek otantik mimarisi ve konforu, gerekse de otel personelinin son derece yardımcı, güleryüzlü servisiyle bu keyfe büyük katkı yaptı. Muhteşem Mezopotamya manzarası ile yapılan lezzetli ve yöresel ürünlerle yapılan kahvaltıyı da mutlaka bahsetmeliyiz.

Mardin ziyareti sırasında konaklama için bu tarihi mekanı tercih ettik. Çok otantik, ambians çok hoş. Taş konak olması çocukların bile ilgisini çekti. Çalışan ekip çok iyi ve güler yüzlü. Sabah kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Çok keyif aldık. Klasik şehir otellerinin haricinde farklı bir deneyim yaşamak isteyen burayı tercih etsin derim.

Konaklamamızı 3 aile olarak gerçekleştirdik. Konumu ve mimarisi ile gerçekten mükemmel bir otel. Otelin hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü kalbimizi kazandı. Özellikle özlem hanımın misafirperverliği çok çok iyi idi.

Otel personellerinin ilgisi, otelin eşsiz güzelliği, manzarası ikramları ve dört dörtlük kahvaltıları…Anlatmakla bitmez.Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş.Özellikle Artukbey otelin en özel odası. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

It is a small boutiqe hotel in a nice location in old town. We stayed in the biggrst room with balcony. The weird thing was the entrance of the room. You entered the toilet and shower first which was a bit weird and uncomfortable. otherwise the staff was friendly and helpfull but i found the price high when compared to the standart of the hotel.
