Karı-koca olduğunu öğrendiğimiz ve ortalıkta asık ve gergin surat ifadeleriyle gezinen idareci kimliğindeki kişiler garsonlarla sürekli çatışma halinde. Masalardaki servisler eksik,tuzluklar kirli. Hizmet kalitesi düşük. Çalışanlar düzensiz ve bakımsız. Zaten 15-16 gibi ergen yaş grubu ile çalıştıklarını gözlemledik. Kasanın başında duran kişi otelin müdürü imiş,alkollü kafasıyla,elinde sigara ile hesap almakta. Odada kalan arkadaşlarımız havluların kirli oluşundan, minibarların pisliğinden ve sehpaların tozlarından utuyamadıklarını belirtiler,mahçup olduk. Birdaha asla bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğiz

A hotel with its own parking lot is hard to find in Mardin. The view is magnificent. It is 5 minutes away from Mardin houses and places to visit there. The employees are very interested, the food is top notch, the cleanliness is excellent, the price is normal. Definitely don't consider anywhere else.
