The Hotel is amazingly beautiful...The staff are very friendly and helpful...in particular Veysel and Madina...Madina prepared an anazing meal for us...I have been coming to Turkiye for so many years. I can say it was the best meal I had. It was delicious. Thank you Madina and Mirsoun Han Hotel.

The 4* is due to our perception of the deffiecient cost / benefit of the Han. The hotel was generous, upgarding us to the upper level rooms. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel space is very nice, though a little “cold”.. The staff is quite passive. Breakfast is ok, a little limited. Beside the high price, the Han is located 15 minutes going up stairs to the center (not so pleasant at night)

Fantastic stay in a lovely and charming boutique hotel. The whole staff is extraordinary friendly. Not only the breakfast but also the dinner is cooked and prepared with a lot of love and is very delicious. It’s a quiet hotel perfect to explore Mardin and the surrounding area. Highly recommendable

Very warm and helpful staff , we had wonderful stay there. They make fresh breakfast . Even helped us to get the luggage from the road . Language was a bit problem for international tourist ( not only in the hotel but whole of Mardin) but with their warmth , helpful nature and technology it wasn’t a big deal actually ! It was a wonderful stay .

Fabulous - incredible hotel with the best terrace and the best breakfast ever ! Gülıstan the manager is delightful and whole experience was sublime. The traditional room is furnished with copper accents and the best luxurious bathtub - I want one! Love it! Can’t wait to return

amazing beautiful hotel in a historic mansion. copper bath and fireplaces in the room was amazing touch. location is amazing in the old city overlooking the plain beneath. incredible view from the terrace. Also the best turkish breakfast i’ve ever had.

A charming quiet retreat with wonderful views and one of the best breakfasts we have had in turkey . It's quite a walk to the Main Street but worth the effort , Gulistan on the front desk was particularly helpful and allowed us to select rooms as the hotel was not busy during our stay
