Sadece yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Konum ve hizmet olarak çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle mekan sahibi Tur*** bey çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, personel de aynı şekilde. Eski mardinin en son kısmında bulunuyor, otopark problemi yaşamadık, otele ait değil ama sokağın hemen aşağı kısımda otopark mevcut, zaten eski mardinde çoğu yerde bu imkan da yok. Heryere tüm müzelere mekanlara yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Herşey için teşekkürler :)

I definitely recommend it for those who want to stay and feel the old Mardin spirit :) They made us feel like the owner of the mansion, one of the family. We thank Hamdullah Bey for his nice conversation, hotel staff Barış, Ahmet and the apple of the hotel's eye Behiye for always being smiling and sincere. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and meticulous, the view of the mansion and the terrace is very beautiful. I definitely recommend it. If I go to Mardin again, I will stay here again. Perfect!

Serkan Bey’e otele varmadan önce çölyak hastası olduğumu ilettim, bana glutensiz ekmek ve galeta ayarladı sağ olsun, ilgisi için çok teşekkürler. Otelin atmosferi çok güzel, odalar küçük ama temizdi. Odalarımızdan birinde duşakabin yoktu. Klozeti kapatıp o şekilde yıkanmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı yemekhane kahvaltısı gibiydi, peynir zeytin yiyip ayrıldık. Mardin kahvaltısı denebilecek lokal hiçbir lezzet de yoktu. Ramazan bayramında inanılmaz bir trafik olduğu için otele ulaşmakta çok zorlandık.

As a hotel, it has a wonderful ambiance, the rooms are nice, clean and hygienic, the Hotel Manager Serkan Bey helps with all kinds of issues and produces solutions. The staff is ***et good, you can stay with peace of mind. The breakfast is nice and satisfying, there is a Sıra night event on the weekends and the fun hotel guests participate. No one is allowed from outside except the family.
