A fantastic holiday once again at the Gran Melia Don Pepe. Special recognition to Mr Lopez & team who were on top form and every detail was executed to perfection. also to Patricia & staff at Red Level for the excellent service with a smile. The pool staff are so professional & attend to everyone with care & attention. Always a pleasure .

Wunderbare Hotelanlage, wenn auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, direkt am Mittelmeer mit traumhaftem Blick. Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöner Garten, der doch gehobene Preis rentiert sich. Verbesserungspotential: sehr laute Musikbeschallung in der Lobby und Livemusik auf der Terrasse. Die nervige Promo für das Circle-Programm sollte Melia nicht notwendig haben. Aber: der Gesamteindruck ist immer noch gut, wir kommen wieder!

Perfecte ligging,prachtige kamer,ontbijt top! Super vriendelijk ,niks is hun te veel,zicht ongeloofelijk mooi,als er een probleem is,lossen zehet onmiddelijk op,wij komen hier 2 keer per jaar en zouden geen ander hotel willen(in de toekomst gaan we trachten nog meer te komen

Amazing luxurious hotel as always, we come back year after year because of all the staff, hotel, pool area, restaurants. Most stylish hotel along the golden mile, special thanks to Abel, Isabel, Andrea, Irene, Rafael, Ruben, Enrique and all the other team members I've not mentioned you look after our family time and time again. Wonderful hotel for your family stay, from amazing breakfast buffet to the pool areas to the hotel bar area and restaurant, location is great, short walk to old town, or 10 min cab to Puerto Banus, there is nothing I can fault about this hotel and that's why so many regulars always return, I strongly recommend Don Pepe Marbella. See you next year.

We came here for a family birthday. I emailed the hotel before hand and they went up and beyond for my auntie's birthday. They had balloon's and cake in her room upon arrival. The service is absolutely outstanding and one staff member is nicer than the other. A special mention to Abel who is an amazing manager and can't do enough for you. We are regulars at this hotel and there is nowhere that would beat this hotel. Highly recommend

Just love this hotel. We have returned year after year. Brilliant location in Marbella, walking distance to lovely restaurants. Great pool area with great staff that have been there for years, Raul and Rafa are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always a great experience. Comfortable rooms with lovely views. Abel is a first class manager so welcoming and accommodating he is like a good friend to us. We will be back x
