Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à l'hôtel El Fuerte, très bien situé sur la promenade en bord de mer, très proche de la vieille ville. Tout était parfait : l'accueil et le comportement de tout le personnel très professionnel, disponible, souriant et sympathique, le personnel multilingue de la réception (point très positif : un peu à l'écart du "va et vient" du hall de l'hôtel), la chambre vue mer frontale très bien agencée, et très bien nettoyée chaque jour, l'accès au Lounge (nourriture et boissons, pour les occupants des chambres "selected"), le petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts (sucré, salé, chaud, froid, plusieurs sortes de pain, de boissons chaudes et froides, etc), piscines très propres, petite plage privée transats, parasols, serviettes (un jeune homme très disponible, attentif, est présent pour vous aider), service d'un voiturier pour la voiture de location. Mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles !

We had the best time staying at El Fuerte in Marbella in September 2024. The service from all the personell was exceptional and the hotel with its location is perfect. We would like to give an extra shout out to the wonderful chefs at the breakfast buffet. Emanuele and Viviana made the best eggs and pancakes. In addition, they were very generous and kind. We will definetley come again. Greetings from Norway - Njål, Linett, Bendik and Oliver.

Very nice hotel. Nice pools. Grounds. Location is perfect. Refurbished in 2023 and is immaculate. Most staff very friendly. We went selected but a waste as the service for breakfast was worse in the selected section. Long waits for coffee or juice and food from the menu. Service was better in non selected section. The selected lounge has food laid out all day uncovered. Rolls, sanwhiches, cakes all uncovered. Unhygenic put me off and we only used it to get drinks in the day. Solero restaurant was nice. Right on the beach. The Edge was good food but way overpriced. €400 and not worth it. Bar service where the entertainment was very poor. Waited so long for drinks or service that we ended up just sitting at the bar to get served at nights. Others guests were complaining too. Overall a very nice hotel.

Excelentes instalaciones, ubicación y desayuno. Buena atención, pero… Wifi de baja velocidad y el agua de cortesía la dan solo el primer día. Un hotel de esa categoría debería ofrecerla durante todos los días, como sucede en otros hoteles de hasta menor nivel.

Outstanding overall family experience- would highly recommend…the place is pristine and the service is excellent- great position . Staff are professional and efficient. Would have no hesitation returning. We were there for 10 days and the hotel and staff were amazing. Well done.

Beautifully refurbished, calm hotel in the perfect position with beautiful pool and grounds and lovely staff! The spa wasn’t as good as we’d hoped as we booked the hotel especially for the spa but the pool was cold , sauna too hot and steam room was tepid. The rest of the experience was great just the sevuce by the pool was very slow and inefficient at times.

What a fantastic hotel near the Old Town Marbella. We couldn't fault it. Lovely pools and plenty of sun beds. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved every minute. By the beach plus a promenade of shops and restaurants close by.
