It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time.
The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

Puente Romano is much more than a top class hotel. It’s a beautiful resort with stunning gardens that caters for all requirements with so much to do, offering superb restaurants, fabulous evening entertainment, an array of sporting facilities, including their own golf resort and especially the amazing tennis/panel tennis club and gyms, or you can simply chill out at one of the many pools or at the beach club. Make enough time to do it all. Location is everything and Puente Romano’s is perfect, right at the Golden Mile front, equidistant between Marbella Town and Puerto Banus. Enjoys lovely prom walks in both directions, or hire a bike from the hotel. You can cycle for miles. All the staff are friendly and attentive. They maintain very high standards without being too formal, making you feel like a family guest. It’s probably the best resort we’ve ever stayed in.

It was a special vacation for us at Puente Romano Marbella, which we chose to celebrate our engagement, and we found simply the best place on earth! From the incredible location, the amazing gastronomic experiences, fabulous room, and impeccable service that literally every staff member provides to make your moments to remember, it is really like stepping into a different dimension, which shines among any other resort we ever visited. Special mention for Alex, who took special care of us together with Guest Experience Team! Highly recommended!!!

Puente Romano es mas que un resort. Tanto el hotel como su personal son inmejorables. Para mi gusto el mejor resort de Europa como mínimo. Mejorando cada año. No me canso de volver. Las múltiples opciones gastronómicas como de actividades lo hacen cada vez mas especial y cómodo.

If you visit Marbella there is only one resort to stay. The location has everything you need including some of the world's best restaurants. The resort staff are professional and go out of their way to make sure your time with them is a memorable one. A special shout out to Alex who checked us in and out and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly the landscaping around the compound is spectacular. You won't want to go home.

Mi experiencia fue desagradable y decepcionante es mi segunda vez, y siempre que vamos pagamos las clases de tenis, Mi desagradable sorpresa que una chica llamada Lola de recepción del club de tenis puente romano, se tomara la atribución de usar los datos personales de los clientes, Un ejemplo de añadir un cliente a su Instagram personal, a mi esposo le llegó la solicitud y cuando él acepto añadirla, vio que era está recepcionista LOla. This hotel is amazing! The most beautiful gardens, its very nice to walk around the hotel. The room was perfect, i will miss that view. Very nice breakfast and friedly staff. Very good hamburguer in Cheat restaurant. I really love the pool!!
