Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove

Food was good, would come here again.

Needs help. Hotel is clean. However, the ceiling in our room had water stains. The 4th floor was full of air movers and fans due to a guest breaking the sprinkler and flooding the area. The 4th floor smelled of wet carpet and wood. That floor should have been closed. Their feee breakfast was a joke. I have stayed here a few times it has always been a winner. Not anymore. What is happening to cambria?

The computer system was down at check in. Receptionist made a hand written receipt for me to sign. We had stains on our bed sheets and couch. The toilet didn't flush, so we had to keep opening the lid to fix it. Pool was much smaller than pictures depicted.

UPDATED - Please look through actual reviews before booking this hotel, it is clear that Cambria is purchasing google reviews to plump their rating, and the 4 stars you see are not accurate. After multiple attempts to reach the manager, Roxanna, with no return call and consistent re-direction from front desk staff, it is clear there is no desire to provide any accountability for the state of our stay. IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR A GROUP/TEAM! We booked this hotel for our basketball team over the weekend for a tournament. Every room booked had the appropriate # of guests for the rooms booked on their reservations, and the block we booked was for a king suit with pull out couch. Every reservation was for 3-4 guests per room. Upon arrival there were no linens in any rooms for the pull out couches. Each family requested linens from the front desk, and we were told there were no more linens. About half of the team rooms were given a flat sheet, and expected to sleep on the bare mattress with a single sheet. When speaking with the front desk, we were explicitly told they "had lots of king size comforters, however they wouldn't give them out because they expected they would get stolen." When I expressed my concern for that statement considering the diversity of our team, I was told there was nothing they could do. We had SEVERAL families using pool towels as blankets for a long weekend, and the insinuation that we would steal appropriate bedding for our stay left more than 75% of our team with inexcusable sleeping conditions. Do NOT book this hotel for your group.

Wouldn't stay there again The bathroom was dirty. The beds were really old or cheap, not sure but they were not good. Front desk was less than helpful.

The property was very nice but due to a recent roof leak was partially under construction. The breakfast was unimpressive.
