This has to be one of the best Choice hotels ever.
Really nice, clean. Not even worried about bed bugs, which I've been seeing from time to time everywhere else. So gross

Needs help. Hotel is clean. However, the ceiling in our room had water stains. The 4th floor was full of air movers and fans due to a guest breaking the sprinkler and flooding the area. The 4th floor smelled of wet carpet and wood. That floor should have been closed. Their feee breakfast was a joke. I have stayed here a few times it has always been a winner. Not anymore. What is happening to cambria?

The computer system was down at check in. Receptionist made a hand written receipt for me to sign. We had stains on our bed sheets and couch. The toilet didn't flush, so we had to keep opening the lid to fix it. Pool was much smaller than pictures depicted.

The manager there is very unprofessional her name is Diana. I asked around 1am in the morning for a late check out and she said to come back at 9am, went back at exactly 9am and she told me they were all given out. I said I got there exactly at the time she told me to get there and she basically told me to screw off.

Checked in on a Saturday @5pm. Long hair in sink...used towel on floor.. When I pulled back the sheets for bed in the evening, it did not appear that sheets had been changed from prior customer. Called hotel desk and night manager offered to bring me clean sheets so I could change the linens! For my room rate of nearly $200 I will not change my own bed linens. Sunday breakfast buffet mediocre and no tables cleaned off although tables were empty. I am waiting now for the housekeeping manager. Supposed to be here at 9am, but still not here at 9:30. Do not waste your money! Find another hotel!

No communication! After staying there for two nights got home and realized that I had left my shirt in the closet.Called and told them and they said they would look for it and call me back.Two days later I finally called them and they told me that there was no shirt. A guess the housekeeper needed a nice shirt! Not going back- can’t trust housekeeping !

The shower was basically useless. It was just a 3x8 cut out tiled area that would fit a wheelchair with a pull down seat for the disabled (which I am not). NO water pressure to speak of with a hand held wand - quite frankly it was terrible.
The first 3 nights it sounded like someone was running the hallways upstairs, even after getting out of bed to call the front desk about it.
I will never use ******* again but will make my reservation directly with the hotel. The price was great but you get what you pay for and it wasn't up to standard

We stay at the Cambria whenever we are back in town. It is a great location (right off the highway) and has a lot of areas to dine/shop nearby. The suites are spacious and really great for families or if you want to lounge. The only downside is the gym and breakfast. It was hot and they only had 2 treadmills and free weights. The pully weighs did not have any handles. The breakfast is not as nice as other hotels, but it is clean and there are some ok options if you are really hungry. Staff was professional and responsive. I would stay again.
