When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the front desk staff Zong E enthusiastically introduced the hotel and various activities to us, and also upgraded our room. The room attendant also brought children's toiletries and bathrobes, which was very considerate. The afternoon tea in the room voucher package was disappointing. After sitting down, each table was served a pot of tea and a small plate of fruit, and then we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the snacks were served. There were only five tables of guests in the restaurant, and one staff member was busy with reception and one was in the kitchen serving food, which was obviously too busy. The snacks for afternoon tea looked like cakes made for breakfast, and I didn't understand why we had to wait so long. There are six hot spring pools open for normal use in Wanghai Hot Spring. I took a bath in the night when I arrived, and I didn't find anything wrong. The next afternoon, we went into the hot spring area. The water in the two pools on the seaside was very dirty. There were animal feathers in the red wine pool, and there were countless debris in the clear soup pool next to it (⊙…⊙) The hotel has been open for many years, and the maintenance of facilities can actually be done better. For example, the chandeliers in the corridor should be taken down regularly to clean the dust, and the sofas on the balcony should be gradually replaced if they are seriously damaged.
