One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. The zero-stress room we booked was upgraded to a suite for free. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The hotel service is very good, especially the porter. There is free afternoon tea with many Russian snacks and sausages, which taste good. In comparison, the breakfast is not rich enough.
