The first time I came here, I came with the idea of exploring the hotel, and the result was wonderful! I won't talk about the theme features, full marks. The main thing is the exquisite details in all aspects. It is the most considerate hotel I have ever stayed in. Toothbrushes are prepared for children, and slippers are also specially made for children. The breakfast is very rich, and there are thoughtful reminders before the meal is collected. By the way, the hotel has a warm storage, and friends who drive in winter can rest assured. Just go to the front desk to pay 50, and then the security guard will lead you to park the car.

We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. The front desk helped us check in as soon as possible. Because we arrived early, the room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk contacted the floor to help us plan a room first, and gave us tickets to the nesting doll amusement park in advance so that we could go to the amusement park first. The room and the lobby are all nesting doll elements, and children should like it very much. The facilities are a bit old. We booked 2 rooms. One of the pillows was dirty, and the waiter immediately replaced it with a new one. The service attitude was very good and the efficiency was high. The breakfast was very rich and tasted very good.

FFrancisco JiangThe manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home!
感谢12号下午为我办理入住的美女经理友善热情，主动为我升级客房！客房内部独具异域风情，有老式俄罗斯的建筑风格，典雅大气不失现代时尚！入住第二天，酒店也赠送了水果，这点也不错！值得改进的是，洗手间淋浴水温需要提高，我已经调至最高，仍不适应。总之，我高度推荐该酒店，希望下次来满洲里依旧能入住，并继续得到宾至如归的服务！

GGuest UserThe boss is enthusiastic, the room is clean, the location is convenient, the price/performance ratio is high, and it is worth staying in. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in, especially the aunt at the front desk who is responsive and homely. I will definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe projection room we stayed in was generally very high-end, the hygiene was very good, the facilities were great, and the location was very good. It was very convenient to take pictures of night scenes at night. There was a specialty store downstairs, and across the street was the local postal store. You can stamp and send postcards. There is a night market nearby and the atmosphere is great.
Except there are singers downstairs at night, and they are a bit out of tune. You can still hear the singing when you close the window.

From the lobby to the room, every detail has been carefully designed to bring me a comfortable experience. The handsome guy at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. It is worth mentioning that the sanitation is very clean, the decoration is upscale, low-key and luxurious, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city and first-class service, absolutely worth the money.

HHolidaysunstarThe hotel is on the main street, next to the pedestrian street, very close to Sam and Dashan, and shopping is very convenient. There is also a grocery store opposite the hotel where you can buy all kinds of daily necessities. The glue for my shoes was purchased from the opposite store.
The room is not big, but the decoration is very distinctive. The round bed in the suite is big enough for the baby to sleep on the inside. The family suite with two children is quite suitable.
Needless to say, it is clean and hygienic, and the service is also very good. Eating is right downstairs, so convenient!

She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!

JJavedOne of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Perfect location, a lot of restaurants , Marts , pharmacies , ATM, shopping malls and clubs are just a walking distance away. The rooms of the hotel are big and hot water with good pressure is available all the time. The famous Zhong'e Shangmao Pedestrian Street is just 5 to 7 minutes distance away. It is an ideal for foreigners as I saw a lot of tourist from various countries staying in this hotel. Above all , the host of the hotel is a kind, humble and helpful guy. I stayed my stay just because I was satisfied with my stay here. I will always remember the gentleman .Highly recommended.
