Очень атмосферно. Останавливались не в первый раз, все отлично. Расположение супер, в самом центре. Номер комфортный. отличный завтрак. Терраса отеля впечатляет. Персонал всегда готов помочь, особенно с парковкой, отель в зоне ZTL, придется хорошо покружить чтобы сначала где-то припарковаться, а потом переместиться в паркинг. Отелю неплохо бы заранее присылать клиентам допустимый маршрут с наименованием улиц, чтобы не упираться в заграждение по навигатору. Но это неудобство полностью компенсируется местоположением отеля. Будем бронировать снова.

有燒水壺，冰箱裏有許多吃的都是免費的，早餐也不錯。衹是訂房的圖片與實際圖片不符，冬天房間裏沒有暖氣，衹有廁所有暖氣，有些冷。

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar - quasi der Nabel der Stadt. Freilich, wenn man mit dem Pkw kommt, muss man durch das Hotelpersonal via Handy gelotst werden. In unserem Fall war es eine sehr liebenswürdige junge Frau, die uns geduldig an Baustellen und Entführungen vorbei, Richtung Tiefgarage leitete. Kein Problem! Der Begrüßungsaperitif auf der Dachterrasse bringt ins Schwärmen. Allein das Frühstück ist ein Problem. Bei einem Hotel solch eines Anspruchs ist es zu simpel: Viele süße Teilchen ... eine Wurst- und Käsesorte und wenig dazu. Schade.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtkern von Mantua. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Dom und vielleicht 300 m zum Palazzo Ducale. Unsere Suite (kostenloses Upgrade) war groß und - das war angesichts der Hitze wichtig - mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren am Abend auf der Dachterrasse zu einem Glas Wein, von dort hat man einen schönen Blick auf Mantua.

This hotel had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Also appreciated the welcome drink on the roof terrace. Prior to our stay, we had requested that the beds be separated (I was traveling with my adult son) and they were unwilling to accommodate that. Also, our room had no curtains and so was light at night and very light in the morning. Unfortunately, both meant that we did not sleep well.

J'ai payé l'accès à l'hôtel pour la zone ZTL mais la police n'a pas été informée. Après quelques mois je reçois une amende de 82,10€ que l'hôtel m'invite à payer au plis vite et qu'il s'engage à me rembourser parce qu'il reconnait son erreuR. Cela fait des mois que j'attends et mon mail est bloqué par l'hôtel. L'hôtel m'a même envoyé la copie d'un FAUX versement qui me serait destiné sur un compte auprès des Poste Italiane que je ne possède pas . Il doit s'agir d'un versement entre personnes de l'hôtel!!!
