Giudizio limitato alla camera perche la sala colazione era in rifacimento e la colazione non era di conseguenza prevista. Per il resto un eccellente 3 stelle, praticamente davanti alla stazione FS, non distante da centro storico e da un parcheggio pubblico coperto. Camere essenziali ma dove non mancava il necessario (Tv a parete abbastanza grande, frigo bar, cassetta di sicurezza). Nuovissimo il bagno, oltretutto finestrato, e quindi praticamente perfetto anche se con vano doccia un po’ angusto. Letti veramente confortevoli. Niente da recriminare su insonorizzazione e pulizia. Qualche recriminazione invece sulla politica tariffaria. Avendo appurato che prenotando sul sito dell’albergo il prezzo era di 53 euro a notte (quindi molto economico) ma non avendo la totale certezza che l’indomani saremmo potuti essere a Mantova, abbiamo deciso di rivolgersi direttamente alla struttura al momento del nostro arrivo. Con sorpresa, però, ci è stato richiesto un prezzo di 75 euro (praticamete il 50% in più). Di conseguenza siamo dovuti uscire sul marciapiede (fra l’altro pioveva) effettuare la prenotazione sullo smart, pagare con carta di credito, aspettare una mezz’ora affinchè la prenotazione fosse registrata e quindi rientrare con prenotazione on-line pagando 53 euro. Non abbiamo capito il senso di questa enorme differenza fra prenotazione on-line e prenotazione fatta alla reception.

Hotel situato in una posizione ottimale per il centro e per le maggiori opere da vedere. Camera quadrupla ampia, ma poco pulita... Per trovare la nostra camera è stata un'impresa in quanto è posta al terzo piano (senza ascensore) e dietro ad un ballatoio non segnalato... Personale alla reception (soprattutto la signora) poco educata ed empatica, la prima cosa che ci ha chiesto all'arrivo, ancora prima del saluto, è stato il saldo del soggiorno! Colazione buona e varia, anche se, a parte la Signora Ilaria, che si è fatta in 4 per noi, il restante personale è molto confusionario e poco preparato... Consiglio: maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni; meno personale ma più preparato e soprattutto più educato e competente!
