Hotel a 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico. Situato accanto ad un centro commerciale. Un buon business hotel. Camera dotata di tutto, materassi molto comodi. Stanza superior ampia e con la ciclette, cosa molto rara. Colazione discreta, varia, ma niente di memorabile, peccato il cappuccio dalle macchinette. Una buona soluzione per visitare la città se si ha l'auto.

Eccellente esperienza da rifare presto! Tutto veramente ci è piaciuto, dalla camera alla colazione , al servizio. Davvero è stata una esperienza molto bella per me e tutta la famiglia. Spero di poter tornare prestissimo! Mantova si deve visitare in questo hotel.

Io e mio marito siamo stati in questa struttura per il nostro anniversario con un cofanetto BOSCOLO che mi era stato regalato in precedenza, la struttura si presenta moderna, peccato che alla reception sia al check-in che al check-out abbiamo trovato due persone molto fredde, poco empatici, praticamente ci hanno fatto sentire molto a disagio, che tristezza! non ci è stato nemmeno comunicato che c'era a disposizione il garage, scoperto solo il giorno dopo, mentre fuori diluviava. Camera piccola ma pulita e accogliente, tranne il bagno che non l'ho trovato all'altezza di un 4 stelle, non pulitissimo, specialmente la doccia e la rubinetterie piene di calcare, peccato. Colazione favolosa e anche il personale in quell'occasione molto gentile e premuroso. Sinceramente ci ritornerei solo per la colazione.

In un hotel 4 stelle non mi aspetto di trovare: un campione di urine che staziona per 24 ore fuori da una camera (era ospitata una squadra di calcio); solo due bicchieri di plastica in camera, non sostituiti (in quando usati) al riordino della stanza per la seconda notte di soggiorno; non mi aspetto di dovermi recare direttamente alla reception perché a mezz’ora dalla richiesta via telefono non mi hanno ancora portato il set di asciugamani mancante; non mi aspetto bicchieri di carta per le bevande (erogate da dispenser, abbastanza di bassa qualità); non mi aspetto di non sapere cosa mangio a colazione: ci sono un po’ di torte tra le quali scegliere, ma nessuna indicazione su cosa siano; non mi aspetto a colazione di dover andare io dai camerieri che se ne stanno tranquilli a chiacchierare per i fatti loro, per chiedere un caffè decente (e non quello del dispenser di bevande calde). Lati positivi: il materasso, ottimo, ho dormito benissimo. Un po’ poco, però. Un indirizzo da cancellare e sconsigliare.
