There were some other minor issues, which were resolved after reporting. This morning, the room suddenly had no internet, and after complaining and negotiating for a while, it was restored

The hotel is clean with very good service, very pleasant to stay there in the city center of Mannheim. I have become a loyal customer at this establishment.

Very chic interior, nice furniture, comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktail bar was also nice. ”Fancy”, as they say, describes the whole thing very well, in a positive sense. Absolutely top price, breakfast at €20 is above the standard price but there is also a lot on offer at the buffet. Coffee could also be fetched after breakfast times, an absolute plus point, also for the small machine in the room 🙏
