Um ehrlich zu sein war ich nur hier, weil mein Stammhotel ausgebucht war. War angenehm überrascht. Super Lage Nähe Bahnhof, moderne Einrichtung und obwohl ich annahm, dass ich mich vor Ort komplett allein zurechtfinden muss, war die Rezeption besetzt und mir wurde unaufgefordert und sehr freundlich alles rund um das Hotel erklärt. Abends saß eine nette spanische Gruppe in der Lobby, man hat dann spontan ein Bier zusammen getrunken. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder!

Schönes Haus, sehr zentral am Bahnhof gelegen. Man checkt sich selbst an einem Terminal ein, das hat gut geklappt. Es gibt auch eine kleine Küche im Zimmer, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Parkplätze waren alle belegt, wir haben nebenan in der Garage geparkt.

Catastrophic customer service. Self checkin for off hours arrivals works though, but in case of problems there is no service available other than a hotline where someone just opens a service ticket. Due to a heavy smell out of the sink or whatever the room could not be used at all. Calling the hotline was useless, no one was calling me back or was taking care of my problem. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby without any help, I eventually left the facility to check in into another hotel. It was terrible experience to be ignored as a guest. No more again!

A huge plus is that if a problem arises, it is solved.
Procedures related to free WiFi need to be improved:
1) Sign-up form is not Phone/tablet friendly
2) Additional instructions for fixing connection problems
