I arrived to this Property exhausted and during a torrential downpour. The Front Desk made my check-in process easy and I was impressed by the VERY WELL MAINTAINED condition of the Property. The lobby/bistro, pool, Fitness Center areas were all immaculately kept by the HK department. The same attention to detail by HK was present in my room, and the condition of the Property greatly satisfied me and helped me to relax. Also, the Front Desk courteously honored my Requests for late checkout, and overall my Stay was very relaxing and refreshing. Very happy

Stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was super nice. Very modern, clean & comfortable.
The pool/hot tub were very nice. We were able to enjoy the courtyard with various seating options. They do offer for purchase breakfast and dinner as well as Starbucks. Located next door to a shopping mall. Great stay & will be back in a few months.

Very Friendly & Accommodating Staff
Quick in an out trip. Front desk was wonderful getting me into a room early so I could drop my suitcase off so I could go to am appointment. I wanted to thank Jasemin and the cleaning staff (Kylie I believe was her name) to quickly get my room ready and available.

It was convenient and close to where I needed to be, however the staff did not want to toast my bagel ! I had to call the manager for it to happen !

Not Perfect But A Nice Stay Overall
The Courtyard by Marriott Mankato was a clean and modern hotel. Our issue was that our room on the 2nd floor was right where 6 Air Conditioner units were placed right outside our window. The noise was noticeable all night and the sleep wasn’t the best. The bathroom sink drain was plugged also so the water drained very slowly. However, we talked to the front desk and they gave us a deal for 2,700 points. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was nice to get a refund for a future visit. I highly recommend Marriott for their nice hotels and great front desk workers!

My friend and I were simply enjoying our night, when the staff—specifically the bistro manager—decided that me and my friend was a problem. Without any valid reason, we were kicked out. It was humiliating, discriminatory, and outright unprofessional. In 2025, you’d expect a place that represents an international hotel chain to be inclusive, but instead, we were treated so bad.The manager showed zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero ability to handle guests properly. If this is the kind of hospitality Marriott allows, then it’s a disgrace to the brand. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually respects its customers. Avoid this bar at all costs unless you want to experience blatant discrimination.
