It is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.

Service: Even though we booked and paid online, we waited for almost 30 mins. because 1) they said they are still cleaning the room 2) They misplaced my ID to verify our booking 3) Staffs ,duty manager , and security guard are not accomodating
Facilities: Lavatory faucet is not compatible with the lavatory, maybe because the original faucet is broken so they change it with incompatible faucet.
-They don't have table for us to eat just a vanity table.
-Aircon is too loud and it is kinda distubing even when you are inside the comfort room, you can still hear the loud noise.
Food: The buffet is just okay, it's just that I still need to request fresh milk for the cereals.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.

I booked a Luneta Suite but was upgraded to a Tower Suite upon check-in, as my room wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for about an hour. While the Tower Suite was spacious at approximately 30 sqm and comfortable, the view of the Port Area was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a Manila Bay view.
However, the staff did go above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested to have breakfast in my room instead of going to the buffet, and they graciously accommodated this, which I truly appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch.
The hotel itself is rich in history and charm, but the long wait at check-in and the view from the suite did slightly detract from the experience. Despite these minor issues, Manila Hotel offers a classic stay with excellent service. I would consider staying again, hoping for a smoother check-in and a better view next time.

Worth the price ofc worth the hype fr cs look at how aesthetic the room and the pool it is🥹🤍But sadly the balcony has no access because they locked it permanently. It’s sad for me bcs balcony is a must for me😮💨💔 But the service is really GOOODDD they help me as much, even if you call them first to ask so many questions and they will answer it very well. Great Hospitality⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are patron of this hotel and have been here several times. Good thing they had slippers provided. Room is clean as always. For this stay though I slipped and fell on the bathroom almost knocked my head because the sliding door separating the shower was gone thus all the sprinkles of the water were all over the floor. Hope this can be fix. All in all we had a good experience. The staff are great!

The service was great.
Their breakfast buffet don't have much option considering the price.
We had to wait for a few minutes before checking out, as they have to check the room first. Would appreciate it if they informed us about this extra step so we can set extra time for checking out.
Overall experience was not bad.

The hotel is in Binondo Chinatown, it was a really good experience overall. Can easily walk around and reach all the main destinations. The only bad thing is the position, traffic was terrible, need to wait 30 more mins for a grab. It took so long to get to and arrive from the airport. Staff was great and nice and the structure is new.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.
FFrellieHotel is clean and staffs are very friendly, medyo maliit lang mga rooms and beds, but ok nman if wala nman msyadong gamit na dala, location is good malapit lang sa mga kainan and pasyalan, mdyo limited lang space ng parking which is first come first serve sa mismong hotel, kung ayaw mo mkuha parking space mo magcommute or maglakad nlng kyo if may ppuntahan, ung aircon lang din dun sa room na nabook namin is tumutulo ng konti, kaya d ganon kalamig. But overall ok nman stay namin.
GGuest UserAn unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.
GGuest UserI booked this for the location and the free breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because they were very busy. The room was nice. They upgraded our room for free. I was disappointed to find only one towel, no hand towel, and no washcloth. According to my friend who also stayed there, you can call and they will bring another towel. Now for the best part...the breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order omelets, and a large variety of entrees. It was awesome! I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Manila!
GGuest UserWhen I entered my shower room it smelled like urine. There were drain flies too. Like everyday the shower room has lots of it. The in-between of the grouts were dirty, and needed thorough scrubbing and disinfecting. The AC was not as cold, mahina. I couldn't request a transfer cause I've already unpacked my stuff. Would be nice if the staff are more polite. Some of them makakasabayan mo sa elevator and doesn't even greet you. Everything else was great.

RRowel IsaacI have a booking from Jan 8 to 12 2024. I came around 3am. I couldnt check in because the system says im NO SHOW. I was asked by the Front Desk to wait till 2pm to have my room ready and i have to pay again. The customer service of REDDOORZ handled the issue very well. They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive. With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling.
AAnonymous UserNice yung place malinis and complete amenities malakas rin yung wifi. Very accommodating yung mga staff. Malaki run room very spacious, pati yung comfort room malinis dn. Well working yung aircon as well as yung hot water sa cr. Well recommended, thank you
Mm5486896The location of this hotel is not good, there are shopping centers nearby, there are quite a lot of people here shopping, it feels a bit messy. However, the room itself is not bad, the double room we stayed in was quite spacious, the equipment inside was also very complete, the breakfast attached to the accommodation also helped us to the room.
