This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Pacific Bay Grand Suites The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect—close to [Robinson's Manila , making it easy to explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This hotel is located in a convenient and in a busy place. If you're into bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. This hotel could be your choice. The rooms are clean. Hot showers, hair dryer and TV are available in each room.

General impression was good, and clean, but no coffee available bidet water is too slow cannot be used, shower has no hot water, but front disk responded fixed it. Sink has also no water available in it, as per technical crew that fixed the shower, sink has been long not working and cannot be fixed.

Value for money is excellent. Location is outstanding as it is nearby a mall and various foodchains/restos. The cleanliness is very good as the room is well-organized, with complete toiletries and smells great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for all types of travellers.

The staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags at the hotel even though the check-in time is still at 2PM because I explained that I had an event starting at 8AM. I have no negative comments but I was weirded out by my room having a door that connects to the room next door. It can be locked from the inside so that's a relief but I still had it blocked overnight using a chair just in case. Overall, it was a decent stay. Great location, simple and clean room. Staff were great too. Only downside was the soap dispenser did not work properly and the washing line in the bathroom was broken. However, for it's price, it was great and I would stay again.

It was a great stay, we just didn't try the pool as it's not that accessible. AC is a bit old too but served its purpose.
