The location is good for us since our purpose was to go to US Embassy. Personnel are courteous and very helpful.

The location is good . Walking distance from rizal park and museum and other establishments. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back again.

We didn't even get the room we booked. Instead we were just given what's available when I already paid online for the room we wanted. My LIP keeps complaining why we were given the room we didn't even booked. We had our expectation too high to have an enjoying stay with the room we booked but we just ended arguing for the whole stay. I hope someday when we go back you could give the room we actually Booked and not what's available.

It was a nice stay. The room is spacious. Food is okay. It is best to stay in this hotel whenever you have an appointment at the US Embassy. It's just across the US Embassy.

PROS:
- Very good location
- includes free breakfast
CONS:
- Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent (they tried restarting the router, but it didn't help one bit)
- charging our phones took a very long time thru the power outlets
- the little fridge didn't work
OVERALL, the hotel shows it age but still decent enough for its price point. PLEASE upgrade your INTERNET CONNECTION and power source
