The room is super dirty. The pillow is super dirty. No towel provided. Room was prepared only when I arrived at around 4:30pm. No elevator and my room is 501. Very unprofessional and liar receptionist and housekeeping.

Aircon is great can stay up to whole stay without having problem, the room itself is great, the only problem is it lacks is free toothbrush and toothpaste. Even the staffs are friendly to guests

The location is not good, but the facilities and price are okay. There are some places where the jeepney exhaust noise is a bit loud. The cleanliness is okay, but it is inconvenient because there is no elevator.

Our room was perfect. It was clean & comfortable. Im happy that NO molds inside the bathroom. Staff were friendly & polite. Two things i don't like about was, first there’s no lift inside the premises. Its really a big help if you have one. And 2nd was, we asked for an extra cup or even a disposable one but the staff on duty that night, he immediately told us that they don’t have available extra cup for us. We felt unhappy about that. But the whole experienced were great..
