The hotel is *******!!! Just *******!! And it is not written anywhere! I booked the hotel 30 minutes before arrival (at 4 am). I was with my family. Our goal was to just sleep until 12 pm. At first they did not want to let us in, they tormented us for about 50 minutes! They asked us to cancel the reservation from the trip.com website and pay in cash. Then they asked us to wait, supposedly "our room is being prepared". When we entered the room, we were horrified! The room is really intended for rent for an hour or two and not for sleeping, but for... Well, you understand! I entered my room, there is no hot water in the shower. I go to the administrator - they calmly change us to another room on the floor above (the question is - why did we wait half an hour for our room to be prepared when they have free prepared ones!?) 1. Rooms without a window! 2. They gave us a SHEET to cover ourselves with, and a holey one at that! 3. The bed and especially the pillows are not intended for sleeping - they are HARD! Like wood! Leather and hard! 4. Dust everywhere, especially on the air conditioner, accumulated over the years! 5. There is nothing for hygiene in the shower - no gel, no shampoo, no TOILET PAPER!!! 6. The sockets to charge the phone - and those did not work! There was a TV with a broken grate on the wall (probably so that no one would steal it 😂) - the only socket that worked! 7. The toilet itself WITHOUT A STOOL!!! What a horror! The only plus is probably that the air conditioner worked powerfully. It is not clear how to change the temperature on the remote control, I was frozen! And I just turned it off! And the presence of towels The worst hotel in my life!!!! 🤮
