Not bad but not good either. There very little stain in the bed sheets and we let us pay 200 pesso for that and also the TV won't play. The toilet is not that clean but good thing is that they let us check in earlier that 2pm

Maybe it's the disco next door? It was loud until the morning! Well, it didn't bother me.
There was security at the hotel entrance 24 hours a day, so it was safe.
The staff was also nice.
The room was dirty for the price, but no problem.
The shower had hot water.

Do not trust the picture!
If you want to live in conditions as a homeless person and pay your money for that experience, just choose this "hotel"
Maybe they have some renovated rooms but it wasn't mine
Everything is very very old and tired.
The only one cup at the family room! Already imagine that who is lucky
Terribly noisy because of the nightclubs, ktv, transport, screaming people. I couldn't sleep the whole night till 6 am
The only one plus is that linen was clean, that's it

It's cheap so I guess it can't be helped, but the noise from the nearby stores continued until 5am so I couldn't sleep.
