it was a very bad stay,we didn't expect that the guy told us that we have to pay for a smoking violation even if they don't have smoke detector there,besides before we came inside the room it smells smoke already,they didn't even apologize about that,and the room we were staying was broken i didn't complain about the window the other one doesn't have glass,and the guy named 'jeff' ask for a fine he didn't even give a receipt.

Verry Good Hotel

I love the affordable spacious room. Its location is superb since it's just acroos sm southmall but there are some cockroaches in my room is it's disgusting. Nevertheless, I would to stay here again.

This hotel ihas weird rules ,it's one of the weirdest hotel i have ever stayed .I booked there almost for more than 15 days ,everymorning at 6-7am they will knock your door in the name of room check .The room had cockroach,flies and even mouse.I asked staff to clean the roombut they don't listen.There checkin rule is weird too,you have to sign a paper and check in everday if if you book for longer days.Only one good thing about the place is there is mall just infront of hotel and other 24-7shops so it's convenient thats all.

Im a regular client of this Hotel. But unfortunately, this is NOT GOOD for recommendations. 1st their staff is NOT GOOD IN SERVICE, RUDE and, unknowledgable about their rules and services. NO MEMOS ABOUT A NEW POLICY. NOT GOOD in service and LACK OF STOCK of toiletries and they will WAIT YOU HANG for what you concerns,. And THEY DON'T KNOW how to handle a good manners and right conduct. This HOTEL is good before that's why I became their one of a regular client. I don't even know what happened to their policy, service and good relations and service to their clients and customers.

The hotel is quite nice..but one i want this hotel to improve is to clear all those small cockroach ..the aircon so noisy..nice to sleep the room is comfortable..toilet so clean ..the staff are so accommodating and nice..thank you

The staff were terrible and rooms were dirty especially the toilet. Beddings were old and smelly. I was giving a room without lock I asked the staff and he was like is okay nobody will come to your room. How can I sleep without locking my door??? It took my husband to call them on phone shouted at them to change my room. It one of the most terrible hotels I’ve experienced in life. I will never recommend for anyone. I think they should consider it as love Hotel.
