Amelie Hotel Manila

Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. Comfortable beds, quite spacious in the room, hot water is OK. Breakfast is not bad! Robinson shopping center is nearby, but I didn't really want to walk in the evening (lots of beggars asking for money... sad picture).

There is a bar square opposite the hotel, and the music is loud until 4am on weekends, so people who care about sleep need to take this into consideration. The downstairs is heavily guarded, which provides good protection for the residents. There are few breakfast items and the taste is not very good. It is not recommended to order breakfast. However, there was a small incident when I checked out. The counter staff first said they wanted to check the room, and about 5 minutes later they told me that the bathrobe in the room was missing and they wanted to charge me 150 pesos. But I never used the bathrobe in the room, and I didn't even know or remember whether there were bathrobes in the room. I reported it to the counter, and he made me wait for about 5 minutes, then told me it was okay and I could leave. When staying at this hotel, you must be careful to check whether there is a bathrobe in the closet after entering the room to avoid being wrongly accused. I won't stay here again next time!

There was a cockroach🪳! The girl next door was noisy. Breakfast was okay👌 I checked in at midnight, so the reception area was dimly lit (energy saving?) but the area around the hotel was lively, so it might be good for people who are visiting.

Quiet and clean accommodation.
