A condo and hotel combined project.An only use 2 or the 6 lifts as th remaining 4 is for the condo residents. A reminder to not order the buffet breakfast is it's utterly inedible and pure disappointment.

Very well-maintained hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The gym is a bit small, but better than nothing.
With the free weights and cable machines, you can do anything.

The room is very good and the overall management is very good. I heard from my friends that this area is very messy and asked me to move away. In fact, it feels okay. If you are worried, just come back early at night.
It is very close to the beach. You can have breakfast on the top floor overlooking Manila Bay. You can also walk to Jose Park and the old town (I can walk well)
There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very suitable for work. There are many people at night, and I don’t feel unsafe. The room is decorated in a youthful style and is very clean. The front desk and security are very friendly. It happened that when I checked in, I caught up with the Philippine Airlines employee event here. I really like the atmosphere here.
