My stay at shahi palace was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the ambiance transported me to a place of calm and timeless charm. The architecture beautifully reflects local heritage, and the property is impeccably maintained with serene walkways, and a peaceful environment. And don't forget to ask for Ispak if you're looking for the best service.

100% recomendable. Es un hotel espectacular que te transporta al pasado. Tanto la habitación como las instalaciones son maravillosas. Estuvimos tres personas en una habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Todo el personal estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades, incluso nos dejaron utilizar la piscina excediendo un poco el horario establecido y nos prepararon el desayuno media hora antes como consecuenciade nuestro viaje. Agradecemos la especial atención tanto de Ispak en el restaurante como de Tofik en la recepción.

This monsoon we explored one of best property near Jaipur, Hotel Shahi Palace has one of the best and cleanest pool with backdrop of historic havelis and trees. Food offered and hospitality is at its best. We had best besan gattas and pakoras ever. Rooms give you a feel of traditional haveli with modern amenities. Must visit property with super supporting staff.

It was a family trip. Although it is off season at Mandawa, but hospitality Industry is truly tested in these times. Cleanliness and maintenance wise it was one of the worst experiences. After asking the reception, things were done a little, but really half hearted. PICS SPEAK ABOUT THE DUST ON WASHROOM DOOR, CHAIR AND OTHER THINGS. We were made to think, whether we are staying here for free? At 2.30pm we checked in, travelling from Jaipur. At 2-50 pm, we were denied lunch saying the restaurant is now closed and you will get dinner now. At Mandawa, there were no restaurants outside in the surroundings, so we had to manage without lunch. Dinner was ordered at 7pm, we were assured dinner display at 7.45pm, but we had to wait another 20 minutes. Dishes were ordered was not available. Person in the restaurant confessed that main chef is not there due to off season. It is only helper of kitchen, who is pulling the cart. Same happened with the breakfast. Further, exhaust fan of Washroom was out of order, the same was requested. It was removed, repaired and refixed, while we were there in the room, but it did not work even after that. small insects were moving around in the washroom (including lizard). OVERALL, A POOR EXPERIENCE.

An absolutely gorgeous example of India's artistic heritage. Well renovated with a comfortable bed, lovely pool area, and other modern amenities. The real highlight is the Silk Road era artwork all over the walls of the lobby and common areas. We definitely hope to stay there again because its so important to support historical preservation projects like this one AND because its an enjoyable hotel.

The property is conveniently located. Offers great rooms with amazing aesthetics. Staff is good and also the food is delicious. They charge for extra bottle of water. So ask accordingly.
