Our recent stay at the Parth King Beach Resort Madarmoni on 07-June-2025 was deeply disappointing and far from the experience we had anticipated. Upon arrival, we were allocated two different types of rooms, despite having booked two rooms of the same category. When we raised this issue, both the duty manager at the reception and the hotel manager (over the phone) responded with a surprising level of arrogance. Rather than resolving the matter professionally, we were told that if we were unhappy with the rooms, we were free to leave. The quality of facilities and services was equally unsatisfactory. There were frequent power outages, including during the night, and even when electricity was available, the air conditioning in our room was often non-functional. Additionally, we noticed a stark difference in responsiveness: requests that did not involve additional charges were met with indifference, while those involving payment were handled with unusual promptness. We had chosen this resort to enjoy a relaxing time with friends and family, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and unprofessional conduct. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

Overall experience and hospitality has been outstanding. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Things like room cleaning, bringing water to rooms, providing extra bed etc. I wish to come back to this resort again for another family outing.

Great place, Calm and peaceful. Neat and clean. Very well maintained. Finally the behaviour of all staff were excellent.

The room was very spacious and the best part was the personal balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing. Besides that the indian food was really flavoursome. Hookah is also available.

Had a wonderful stay at the resort with proper cleanliness, courteous staff,a peaceful environment, hygienic delicious food with nice view. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
