The authority of the property bribe every review and think he doesnt care if a customer is unsatisfied. So i booked 3 rooms with seq view through agoda. But when i called for reconfirmation they notified us they wont have access so they wont allow us to stay after we booked with full payment from agoda.so only accept booking dot com. So i booked personally after that. After bokkinh next day i saw at booking dot com that their front view rooms available. So i called the manager and politely ask if room available kindly grant us front sea view because when booking we asked for it but for unavailable rooms we agreed for side view. Thats my fault i asked him politely to switch my room if from side available. Then he reply me with some rough words and arrogant tone. And his final answer is he can give me any room he want. He sold all sea view room in higher price. Even he threatened us that after booking sea view room he wont have us that and we dont give damn of it to them. So guyes before visit mention this things. First if they wont access and took bookings from agoda why wont they cut of their property from that site. Second a person booked a hotel from their wallet not for free. Then if they request a special thing a property can reject it politely. Is it necessary to behave wrongly and threatened then by using their weakness of staying in a out of station place. Think and if you guyes got positive answer on that question then surely visit this property.
