Basic room clean and functional. Receptionist friendly. However with a few tweaks would be much improved. 2 pillows, full length mirror, towel rail, toilet roll holder. No extractor for bathroom and overall finish leaves much to be desired. Car park stuffed with rubbish. OK for one night.

There was no-one to be found on arrival despite arranging early check-in. We shouted many times, even went down some corridors, and no-one came. When the receptionist finally arrived, he kept answering the phone when speaking with us for our check-in. Presentation isn't great - handwritten signs and needs decorating throughout. The room itself looked fine until closer inspection - it had been swiftly and shoddily put together, especially the bathroom. The tiles were poorly fitted and so was the extractor fan, which thankfully doesn't work as it seemed dangerously placed and fitted. I forgot to take photos as we just wanted to leave quickly in the morning. The bed was so uncomfortable that one of us ended up sleeping on the floor to actually get some sleep. The water tasted off too even when boiled. Yes the price is reasonable (the only reason I haven't done a "terrible" rating) for the area, but on knowing why I wouldn't recommend it or stay there myself again.
