Location was great close to city centre and tram station short walk away with easy access to Co-Op Live for our concert.
Minor complaint that room was very dark with small window - limited view despite being on 8th Floor.

酒店🏨位置好，從火車站走10（分鐘左右到酒店，房間整潔，早餐種類多，設施環境好，接待員服務態度好及有禮，由於住兩晚，第二晚酒店忘記清潔，反映後，酒店馬上派員送上毛巾及取走垃圾，下次還會繼續任這間酒店👍

Just came for 1 night and it was an excellent choice. Walking distance from Piccadilly rail station and walking distance to Co-Op Live both easy hotel and arena in fact it was better to walk back than wait for the overcrowded trams. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had a meal there and that was extremely good. Also had breakfast next morning and wasn’t disappointed. Looking forward to our stay in July.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured I got quality sleep every night. I especially appreciated the espresso machine and the eco-friendly toiletries in the bathroom — nice touches that added to the overall comfort.
