Hills View Apartments

The ads that they put up at popular travel portals are deceiving. They claim to be renovated, but the reality is what you see in my pictures as of 24th July 2025. I booked and paid for 7 nights. Arrived late evening and followed their instructions on WhatsApp to checkin since there is no one at the site to receive. The room was stinking. The showers were not functional. The wash basin was clogged. Crashed into the bed without even changing clothes since we did not want to open our suitcases. The sleep was disrupted with constant noises from footfalls from roof and kids from outside the room. The room had fungus and cobwebs with spiders. The provided utensils were in a very poor state. Waited for dawn and got out of the place to a better standard hotel. They have a clause that they will not refund. So, I lost my paid money for the remaining 6 nights and they would have let my room out to the next gullible person. This seems to be a ploy. Be cautious and read the fine print on refund. Do not book until you are very sure you can put up with such a place.

Disgusting Booked 20-21 July 2025 all the way back in August 2024 for £77. They've cancelled the day before and relisted rooms at £220+ trying to make money on the oasis gig. They've had 11 months to cancel my booking of that was their intention why do it the day before!!!!

Calm and nice place to stay.

Having stayed there one night , the bedding smelt and had not been washed , mattress is very old Could see mice in the kitchen and and hear them running around in the ceiling , walls are very thin and can hear the neighbours, avoid at all costs. It’s been 3 weeks now after numerous texts they still not returned my deposit

The photos say it all .. it’s the most disgusting, dangerous, unhealthy, rat infested place I’ve ever visited in my life.. host is the rudest woman I’ve encountered.. never book hear … I lost over £1,700 on this miss sold appointment

Disgustingly dirty, bedding and bed is stained and dirty, stank of smoke despite supposedly being no smoking, we did not stay, I have emailed asking for a refund they have not even had the courtesy to respond . The door was broken, the shower door did not close, the whole place was unhygienic
