The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station
The room is comfortable and the hotel breakfast is delicious
The only thing that needs to be improved is the toaster used for breakfast in the morning

Very friendly reception on arrival. Breakfast was delicious with a decent spread provided. Hotel room was spacious, new and clean. Amenities readily available. Reasonably well located ; close to heart of the city centre and in close proximity to the main train station, Piccadilly.

The hotel was great. Looked amazing and the staff were very helpful. Location was a quick 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly and very central to amenities.
Cleaner could have swept the bathroom a little better, however that did not take too much away from how amazing the room was. The queen bed was massive and extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was good too.
Oh and the cocktails were pretty and delicious.
