This hotel is absolutely horrible. It is heavily overpriced for the very unprofessional staff and unclean mattresses. The hotel doesn’t clarify there is shared bathrooms and they are unhelpful. A cleaner walked into our room with out warning or knocking. They didn’t let my son in through the front door because they expect him to go round the back of the hotel and refused to let him in. Very unprofessional and unhygienic and misleading. The rooms look nothing like what the pictures are. Probably the worst hotel and even when we wanted to cancel booking or refund or find another booking they didn’t help at all. The receptionist was swearing on the phone to another person. Terrible hotel, stay away.

The guy at the reception has first class in hospitality so friendly and very nice. I wish there's space to rate him a 10 star 🌟.

Terrible experience, this place doesn't feel safe at all. I booked it as a last resort, but there was no mention of check-in times. We arrived around 10 to 10:30 PM, and the whole situation was unsettling. The rooms were dirty, and there were men smoking and hanging around at the back of the hotel, which felt really unsafe. The property looked more like a rundown house than a proper hotel. We left immediately. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.

Once a shabby run down pub ,always a shabby run down pub .Just add a sprinkle of intimidation and then a smattering of bubonic plague and it's the perfect place to acquire permanent PTSD .On the upside.............free off road parking for ya mobility scooter

Very rude and unprofessional. This is the first moment that the owner of a hotel has treated me as if I were to believe that this happens in a country where people donol't respect anything even though we are in England! I strongly advise you to avoid it otherwise you will be disappointed.

Often stay here if I am working in Manchester. The guy on reception is friendly and accommodating. Tye bed is comfy the room is always warm with the heaters on of its a cold day. And the showers are hot also. Parking out the front for free. Next to shops and take away. Never had a problem here so speak as you find. If looking for a budget room I recommend it.

Was unable to make it for our stay here , as had problem with car on our way to Manchester so had to abandon trip , while I fully understand money paid was non refundable I was hoping considering the circumstances we could change dates for another time but sadly this was flatly refused, I would advise people to book somewhere bit more flexible

Nothing would make me go back here. A local company was apprehensive to discuss the hotel. The manager was hostile and swore to my partner upon meeting him and he felt unsafe. He was fine to me and fine with my partner later, I'm guessing he must have realised he was out of order. The property is run down and cold but the rooms themselves are OK if you're just after basic.
