The room is large and there is free parking. However, the room is on the 3rd floor. It is very inconvenient to travel with your luggage.

We stayed here over the weekend, we booked 1 hotel room and 1 apartment. On arrival, check in was really fast and easy. We were slightly disappointed as there was 5 of us, the apartment had 2 double beds and 1 single bed so we all could have stayed in there but we’d been booked into a hotel room and apartment- this is more preference for me to save a little money but the stay was really good. Our room was clean, there were some hairs in the bathroom but it didn’t sway from the stay at all. There was no bin liners in the bins which I found odd but again not a major issue! The beds were comfy and the pillows are super soft! The location is great, literally a 5 min walk to the metrolink. The staff were super lovely & there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

I stayed here with my 15,14 and 10 year olds and we had an amazing time. The kids loved the apartment and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after, there were all the facilities needed, check in was super easy and warm and welcoming and the apartment is huge with really spacious rooms. Extra pillows and duvets are already provided in the room if needed and there are plenty of tv channels and plug sockets for the kids to charge devices if you’re on a long trip. I paid less than £100 too so was more than worth the money! Parking is perfectly located and we’d be more than happy to stay again. This will be our number 1 plan every time we stay in the area from now on.

Breakfast is a must , perfectly coked . Two friends and myself stayed for one night as we were going into Manchester to see a show. Stayed in the hotel, exceptional clean through out . Bedroom was a good size for three of us with lovely touches including water and toiletries. We got a taxi into Manchester that cost £12 and the same for return journey. Booked direct and got the best price for our room. Staff were so welcoming and booked our taxi for the journey into the city centre . Breakfast is one of the best I have had . All food was hot and fresh with a continental selection as well. The hotel is modern with lovely furnishing and the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend .

I booked a triple room at the last minute due to being let down by a booking elsewhere. I booked it without breakfast. On arrival there was plenty of parking as advertised. We were greeted by friendly staff. Breakfast was offered if needed.We were taken to another building by the side of the hotel. It was a large apartment which had 2 double bedrooms,one of which was ensuite. There was another bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. It was clean and heating being on was a bonus. There were fans supplied if needed. We were there for an event at the AO arena. The metro station was only a few minutes walk away and a one way ticket into Manchester was only £2.90 an adult. After the event we could get a metro back which was a bonus as it was late. We slept quite well but the road noise could be a problem for some people. Being allowed to check out at 11am was also good. This hotel is great value for money.

After a long night flight home from USA a quick call to the hotel secured us 3 rooms meeting all of the needs of my family group. Room readied in no time for early access and much needed sleep. Rooms very comfortable with good facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying again and many thanks again to Ann Marie for being so accommodating

Rooms are cold, heating is not working properly and when i asked for portable heater they said we can’t provide, you have to adjust like this and there is no Shower gel in bathroom, smelly bathroom, on top no refund’s can’t even leave the hotel. Never recommended 👎🏻
