The location is good, but please note that the hotel does not have a parking lot. You have to park in the open-air parking lot opposite, but the hotel will give you a £5 refund.

The room is clean and the location is convenient. You can walk to the city center such as Chinatown. Definitely worth the price. There is also free parking. Eliminates the hassle of parking overnight in the city center. recommend

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others.
The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time.
Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests
Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

my mum and i arrived 5 hours late after a delayed flight into manchester and were very frazled by the time we arrived at the hotel ! Lanie who helped us on check in was a complete star and absolute credit to premier inn , i cannot thank her enough for her kindness to me and my elderly mum , she was so welcoming and really helped turn the end of a hectic and very long day into relaxation and calm. the room was spotless , the 'social ' make over looks great and welcoming , and and breakfast the next day was just what we needed to set us up to go home. i've stayed at lots of premier inn around the country and this was by far the best experiance we have had at any

Absolutely fantastic hotel - great location 5 minutes from Piccadilly Station. Comfortable and clean room . Great breakfast and evening meal and exceptionally helpful staff. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Manchester.
