Receptionist is not stationed at counter. Need to press a bell and wait for several minutes.
I was asked to show booking number which I need to retrieved from email. (Note: I’m a 66 years lady). I told her my name but she insisted I showed her my booking reference.
Whereas guests queuing after me only required to tell her last name.

Disappointing stay. I booked multiple rooms using the app. One room was booked for two nights and we were forced to move rooms after the first night. Guest services (select 4 when you phone) were helpful but seem disconnected to the hotel. My advice is not to book multiple rooms using the app as the system cannot cope.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There's no problem getting extra tea or coffee. They deliver it to your room immediately. Even though the hotel is centrally located, we had a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds. The bedding is spotless. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you so much for a great stay. Best regards.

Bed was lumpy. Pillow cases had holes in. Hairdryer is slow, low powered and you have to hold button down to use. Bottom of doors peeling, and room a little tired

The bed was extremely comfortable, next door to a good friend of ours and easy access to it. Check-in was flawless, the food was good and close to the town centre.

For a budget hotel, the Premier Inn was pretty good. Comfy bed and selection of pillows were appreciated. Shower was okay. (There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when I checked in, but that went away after a few flushes and having the fan and air con on!) The windows don't open (I'd have preferred fresh air), but the air con was okay. I had a room at the back, 4th floor, and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Vert friendly and helpful staff and great city centre location.

Lovely for the 1 night stay and good location for centre and venues etc. Really clean and a really comfortable bed and pillows. All staff were great although we had no issues they gave the impression they would have gone above and beyond to have sorted should there have been any.
