The hotel is located opposite Victoria Station, with a commercial center nearby. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Trams and buses are also well connected, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room is not big, but it is very clean, and the bath products smell good! The service is friendly and thoughtful, great! Highly recommended!

I called the front desk on the first day of my stay to report the air conditioner not working. They said they would send someone to check it out, but no one came or responded. There was no air conditioner for the entire 3 days.
On the morning of the third day, there was no hot water at all. I couldn't even take a shower. It was disgusting!

There are no slippers in the room. The hotel gym is good, clean and quiet. The hotel is close to Victoria railway station. The hotel is right outside the station. It is also a 5-minute walk to the city center.

Traveling with my family, I specifically chose a hotel close to the train station. The location is very good, next door to the train station and tram station. Convenient to travel. And not noisy. And I found that other chain hotels of this hotel are also near the train station, recommended.

Front Entry to hotel was up a steep flight of stairs, no one was there to help carry luggage and my suitcase was heavy. Not a happy customer to start!
Very tiny reception area at top of stairs.pleasant staff but only one room was ready at check in time. We managed to survive until 5pm by checking out the variety of restaurants in the area.
This is a good central location.
Breakfast was good, self service buffet & hot food, service varied. Very pleasant staff.
Bedroom was oddly shaped, shower looked good but was difficult to work. Adequate wardrobe space ; I just wish modern hotels provided more drawers.
Not the best Indigo hotel I’ve stayed in but generally a reliable chain of hotels.
