Lovely clean hotel friendly helpful staff nice breakfast good sized clean room the only negative is the toilet (separate from the bathroom ) small enclosed space painted dark grey felt very claustrophobic but that just my view

Good location in the city center, relatively large room, rich English breakfast. The hotel facilities are old, the towels feel like they have been used for many years, the drainage in my room was not smooth, and the bathroom was full of water after taking a shower. There is no conditioner, it is recommended that ladies bring their own, otherwise the hair will be very dry after washing

If U R on a biz trip, avoid the rooms without desk which is for tourists only.
Staffs are trying to help but only after 3 nites finally I got a room I want, and the upgrade room with extra cost is good for biz finally~a bit lag vs the expectation from a 4-star hotel I have to say
