Location: The accommodation is situated in a convenient and central area, making it ideal for exploring Manchester and accessing nearby attractions.

From the moment we arrived at 11am on the Friday to the the moment we left on the Sunday morning, the staff were professional, polite and friendly. We were planning on dropping off our bags on arrival but we're advised that our room was ready and we were given an upgrade! The upgrade was in the 3rd floor so we took the lift and opened the door our if room to our 2 floor suite! What an amazing surprise with a lovely note and macaroons left by the hotel to congratulate us on our anniversary. The ground floor was a kitchen and living area and upstairs was the bathroom and bedroom with huge bed and freestanding bath! It was that amazing that we didn't want to leave the room! We had a continental breakfast delivered to our room on both mornings which was nice accompanied by the coffee machine which was in the kitchen. A lovely start to each day. We also had a drink at the Peterman cocktail bar which is worth a visit also, with the bar tender being a really nice fella. We had an awesome time and can't wait to visit again. Came here with my two daughters for the weekend and stayed in a 'cosy room'. It was perfectly adequate for the short stay, very contemporary colours, very clean, extremely comfortable bed, lovely shower room with the luxury of Occitane soaps, shampoo and hand cream! Had a very good night's sleep too. Great to have a coffee machine in the room and although I have had several coffee machines of my own, I couldn't work out how to use this one and there were no instructions, so I called reception and a very helpful man came up instantly to show me and all resolved. Spoke later with a man at reception, who turned out to be the manager and he could not have been more helpful. I did tell him that little things like instructions would be helpful especially when it came to the lighting system in the rooms and although there were electric blinds, you don't always want 'black out', just privacy from the buildings opposite, provided by ‘net’ curtains still giving you light. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would also be great to have, especially for older people with poor eyesight! He listened and seemed genuinely interested in my views, so even if he wasn't he wasn’t, he was being very professional. My only other gripe was, a lovely 'continental' breakfast is delivered to your room in a lovely basket but there is nowhere to eat this other than on the bed. There is no table. I gather there is a restaurant, which I didn’t see, but eating in this would be better than on your bed. If I went back to Manchester, which is a beautiful city, I would stay there again :)
