The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the service is impeccable. The deposit was refunded very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I drank two bottles of water, but there was no deduction from the deposit—an unexpected bonus. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the hotel facilities. The blue bed runner is of poor quality; it sheds lint that ends up on the sheets. More attention should be given to the details of room amenities such as bedding and towels. Additionally, some beverages in the fridge require a bottle opener, but I couldn’t find one among the room tools. Wishing the hotel continued success in its operations.

The Room was not fit for purposes due to the air conditioning being broke. Was advised an engineer would be called but all we got was a fan that pushed around hot air in a windowless room with no fresh circulation. All we got was a text saying it would be sorted Hardly any sleep Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard Lack of communication and lack of urgency to even move us rooms or solve the issues From what I heard a number of guests having the same issues Had to leave at 8am as it was just to unbearable to be in the room

From the moment we arrived at 11am on the Friday to the the moment we left on the Sunday morning, the staff were professional, polite and friendly. We were planning on dropping off our bags on arrival but we're advised that our room was ready and we were given an upgrade! The upgrade was in the 3rd floor so we took the lift and opened the door our if room to our 2 floor suite! What an amazing surprise with a lovely note and macaroons left by the hotel to congratulate us on our anniversary. The ground floor was a kitchen and living area and upstairs was the bathroom and bedroom with huge bed and freestanding bath! It was that amazing that we didn't want to leave the room! We had a continental breakfast delivered to our room on both mornings which was nice accompanied by the coffee machine which was in the kitchen. A lovely start to each day. We also had a drink at the Peterman cocktail bar which is worth a visit also, with the bar tender being a really nice fella. We had an awesome time and can't wait to visit again. Thanks for making our anniversary so special. Cheers!

Stayed at the property while visiting the Bruce Springsteen concert. Will start with the good. Location was spot on, rooms are clean and stocked with L'Occtaine toiletries. Bed was super comfy and the windows have blinds as well as curtains. The negatives, rooms are not the biggest, we knew that before booking, water pressure in the shower is good at night and warm, but poor in the morning and not very hot either for a rain shower. Rooms are cleaned on request. I asked for ours to be cleaned upon checking in. However we still had to ask twice more as they hadnt been done. That is a pain. Some reception staff were playing on their mobiles, not a professional look. Price was expensive in nearly £500 for 3 nights. However we booked late and the city had Kylie on as well, so the price would reflect that demand. Would I stay here again. For a lower cost and due to its location yes. For nearly £500 again then its a no.

Great location, quirky boutique hotel. Had the warmest welcome and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble. Ryan opened the bar for us which was a lovely touch ! Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel . Definitely has the personal touch that sometimes is lacking in larger branded hotels. We’ll def be back!! 🤗

Came here with my two daughters for the weekend and stayed in a 'cosy room'. It was perfectly adequate for the short stay, very contemporary colours, very clean, extremely comfortable bed, lovely shower room with the luxury of Occitane soaps, shampoo and hand cream! Had a very good night's sleep too. Great to have a coffee machine in the room and although I have had several coffee machines of my own, I couldn't work out how to use this one and there were no instructions, so I called reception and a very helpful man came up instantly to show me and all resolved. Spoke later with a man at reception, who turned out to be the manager and he could not have been more helpful. I did tell him that little things like instructions would be helpful especially when it came to the lighting system in the rooms and although there were electric blinds, you don't always want 'black out', just privacy from the buildings opposite, provided by ‘net’ curtains still giving you light. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would also be great to have, especially for older people with poor eyesight! He listened and seemed genuinely interested in my views, so even if he wasn't he wasn’t, he was being very professional. My only other gripe was, a lovely 'continental' breakfast is delivered to your room in a lovely basket but there is nowhere to eat this other than on the bed. There is no table. I gather there is a restaurant, which I didn’t see, but eating in this would be better than on your bed. If I went back to Manchester, which is a beautiful city, I would stay there again :)

I booked a little self-care staycation and this was JUST what I needed - a lovely experience that made me feel like a VIP! I had a breakfast hamper arrive at a time I could pick, a drink on arrival and such a lovely experience with the staff here, they were all very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be planning on making a return in the future! It’s also very close to all local Mancunian attractions for anyone coming to sight see or take in the culture of the city. For anyone looking for a little trip to re-centre, i’d highly recommend here.

Location doesn’t get much better but the room was tiny and the bathroom was the same.
