Really really enjoyed my stay here! I will say I dress alternatively and probably should've worn some fancier clothes but forgot to put a wash on (whoopsie) everyone in here was fabulous haha! The room sizes are brilliant, we stayed in the smallest option (the snug room) and we were amazed at the size and quality! It's great you get slippers and a bathrobe, and all the toiletries included are genuinely the best ones I've ever had, I have taken down a star due to the fact the 6th floor roof bar was shut due to a private event, and as we were only staying a night it meant we couldn't do something we were quite looking forward to as there was no prior warning to this in advance. We really enjoyed the infinity pool (especially that jacuzzi button) , steam room and relaxation area although I will say you don't need the steam room just stay in that changing room for about 10 minutes and you've got your own! The staff were also absolutely amazing. Overall me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be coming back soon :-)

Exceptional - we loved it. Beautiful decor, fabulous location, lovely staff. We had a snug room which was a really good size, comfortable bed, fab shower and very light. We’re looking for reasons to go back to Manchester so we can stay there again. And such good value for money too. Thank you for a great stay.

Considering this hotel is in central Manchester, and having 4 stars, it needs to up it's game. My husband and I stayed on Saturday night as a treat for my birthday. Good things were... nice, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Lovely interiors to the hotel and very pleasant roof top bar and pool. Also, the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. However...the reception staff were ignorant and not at all friendly. I went to reception to ask a question, only to be ignored by 2 staff. I said hello to draw attention, only to see one member look up and carry on with what he was doing before coming to speak to me. Rude, unprofessional attitude. We wanted a drink in the bar, only to be told there was a wedding on and the bar wouldn't be opened until 5pm. We should have had prior notice of this. We decided to have a drink in the bar before going out for the evening. We arrived at 5.20pm for the bar staff just setting up and no apology. The stay wasn't cheap, it was upwards of being expensive. We definitely won't be staying again and will absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your time or money

We booked the ESPA snug (a present) for a Sunday night stay. The wait times between drinks in the bar was a little disappointing (over 2 hours for 2 drinks each), forgotten bar snacks that we ordered and had to chase for the bill. When we were able to check into our room little information was given about how to access the spa, facility usage etc HOWEVER after this initial experience the rest of our stay was lovely! A huge highlight of our trip was the meal that we had, honestly the best steak and chips of our lives! Rigelt our waiter was absolutely fantastic and really made our meal experience. Roof top spa was great. Overall a wonderful stay

Yet again another fantastic stay at king street town house. A big thank you to Georgia kyriacou for sorting our amazing stay again. Me and my fiancé could not recommend enough. The staff are incredible and so polite. The rooms are 5*. The food is 5*. The facilities ie spa and infinity pool are the best in Manchester. Would 100% recommend.

A birthday treat was had at the King Street Townhouse Hotel! And what an exquisite afternoon tea , the cakes were petite and dainty and the sandwiches were filled with tasty flavoursome fillings , cut to the exact millimetre . The table was filled with champagne and strawberries, delectable teas and cocktails! It was truly an opulent experience and the burgeoning table was perfection - and to top it all I had a beautiful chocolate message sidelined with cream berries . The staff are so friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble, definitely going to be our go to place with friends and family. Five stars !! Thank you so much x
