I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. It's a place where every detail is taken care of, leaving guests with a sense of luxury and relaxation. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Brooklyn was nothing short of perfect. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very modern, which makes the room clean and tidy. The hotel is also in an excellent location and has very convenient transportation in the center of Manchester.

The location of the hotel was good. However, there were a few problems, the bathroom was very large but the sink was very small and the water splashed out easily when gargling, so I don't quite understand why it wasn't made larger. The shampoo and shower gel couldn't be squeezed out and contacting reception a few times didn't solve the problem. There is also a party downstairs, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the party sound and can not open the window, resulting in the room always feel very stuffy.

Really happy with decision to stay with Wilde. Mostly impressed with the room, which, was spacious & represented great value for money. Snacks/drinks...etc priced quite high, but, understandably so. That said, given the amenities offered in the room, self-catering is the primary option, with purchasing hotel snacks/drinks, viewed as a distant secondary option. Would happily stay with Wilde again

What an amazing building! So much character and history. Don't expect a brand new room, but it was perfectly acceptable. You can tell it's been a while since they were last refurbished, but for the cost of the room it was amazing. Despite my 3 star for cleanliness, the room was clean, sheets were fresh. I gave three because there was a bottle cap and random pill just under the bed.

Perfect budget friendly hotel. We stayed here for one night and it was just what we needed. Great location, near loads of restaurants and bars. The reception/bar area was cool and quirky. The staff were really friendly from start to finish. We got the no window king room, which had a massive bed and tv which loads of lighting. Was compact but worked well. The free coffee machine is an added bonus. Overall great experience and i’ll be back for sure

Location is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain. Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor; In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)

Very nice stay. The staffs are all kind and nice. I also want to thank the staffs who help me find my phone charger i left when i checked out, they are very nice and make easyhotel a 5-star hotel :)!

Hotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.

Well located hotel for my business trip and good facilities. Lovely large room, comfortable and quiet. Good for short stay. Just small bits of feedback...I was given a disabled room and thought the emergency pull was located too close to the toilet roll holder but loved having a large wet room style shower room. I found the sheets a tad hard and duvets too hot for me so a blanket would have been handy. I'd stay again and recommend it as overall ticked a lot of boxes.
